Hi Craft addicts!

Today's card is a 7" square card using a variety of Companies' products - from Kanban, Hunkydory, Craftwork Cards with a drop (or quite a few) from Tonic Studios, finishing with some Clouding Blending inks from Creative Expressions.

I first of all took one of Craftwork Cards "embossed" white "daisy" frames and coloured it using some pink and yellow blending inks from Creative Expressions. I tried to make sure that there was an equal amount of both colours showing when the topper was on it.

I then cut out the square from a Tonic Studios die (it measures 140mm) using some black and white spotty papers (from Craft Creations). Before I added the frame to it, I cut a length of the pink Organza ribbon and attached it to the centre of it. I then stuck the frame on to the panel using Collall All purpose glue. 

Once it was dry, I then used Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue to attach (at a jaunty angle) to glue it to the front of a 7" white square card (from Hunkydory). I then attached the topper of a couple under an umbrella (from Kanban's Shadows and Sihouettes kit) using thin foam pads straight on to the card. 

For the sentiment, I used one from Craftwork Cards "Year of Sentiments" which reads "Thinking of you - with love" again colouring it to match the frame and stuck it on using foam pads. I then used some Nuvo Crystal drops (Bubblegum blush and Sweet Lilac) to add some drops in each of the other corners.

Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this Congratulations stamp and some patterned paper. I must admit i can't remember who produced this patterned paper but think it is Paper Boutique from Creative Crafting World.. I rounded the corners of a 5" white square card and thought I would use it as a tent fold (that is with the fold at the top). I then cut out a piece of this foliage patterned paper so that there was a narrow border left when I placed it on the front of the card. Instead of adding a layer of black card behind it, I edged it with a Black alcohol marker and stuck it on using a tape runner pen - so many companies now do them or you could used  a light layer of PVA glue. I then cut a narrow panel (about 2") of the same paper so that it fitted the card and then stuck it to a slightly wider panel of Lynda Chapman's Black cardstock and stuck that to the card slightly left of the card front. Happy Birthday Bee card - 365 day challenge

Hi Craft addicts! Well today's card is a bright and cheerful one with a bee theme and I hope you will read more as to how it was made! I first of all decided which of the various beautiful designs I wanted to use from the latest Bumblebee Dance paper collection from Creative Crafting World's Paper Boutique range. After a while, I chose the Bee circle topper and the bee background paper to use as i think they are so colourful. Using the topper as a template, I chose a Tattered Lace Scalloped edge die and cut out a circle slightly larger than the topper and attached it using PVA glue. I then used the Rectangle part of the Standalone Dies from Time for Tea and cut it out twice, once in Lynda Chapman's Black card and another one using the Bee paper from the Paper Boutique collection. Merry Christmas to all circle Christmas Card - 365 day challenge

  Hi Craft addicts! Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this one made totally from scratch. I used the largest circle (about 4") Petit Picot edge die from Spellbinders and cut out two pieces of card - the front is Paper Dienamic Metallink A4 card and the back part is Sheena Douglass A4 white willow card. I scored the back part about 3/4" towards the top and married the two pieces together and added some red liner tape, removed the carrier sheet and stuck them to each other. The black frame is cut out of Lynda Chapman's Black card using the Inverted Scallop die from Crafter's Companion Gemini collection and I stuck it to the front of the card using a dotty pen as it allows the glue to only go on places it needs to. I had a scrap piece of red cardstock and I cut the oval bauble (from Creative Expressions Sue Wilson Festive Collection Sparkle Baubles set) and then used silver mirror card to cut out the top part.
