Rudolph on woodland Sparkly Christmas background 7X5in card Hi Craft addicts! I really love creating silhouettes for cards and this Christmas card is no exception - hope you like it! How I made this project:- To make the card, I created the background using watercolour paints on some white card (this is smooth rather than the more textured watercolour card). Once I was happy with it I then left it to dry. I then took some Black card (Lynda Chapman's World of Paper) and cut out the woodland silhouette oval (which is a Tattered Lace die). I also die-cut the frame out in cream linen effect card (from Create & Craft's Core Collection) using the largest of dies from Time for Tea Fishy time set. Using PVA glue, I then attached the Forest die cut on to the background and trimmed it to fit the frame. Rudolph on snowflake and reindeer DL card Hi Craft addicts! This is a cheerful Christmas card using a Tonic Studios baby Reindeer die, some stamps and reindeer backing paper. How I made this card:- I first of all took a piece of Black card Lynda Chapman's World of Paper) and cut out the baby Reindeer die (it is an old Tonic Studios one). I then stuck it to some Kraft card and cut around it leaving a very narrow border of the Kraft card. I cut out a background panel of the Reindeer Kraft coloured paper using a large rectangle DL die (Tattered Lace) and stuck it to the front of a DL card using PVA glue. I already had a Deckle edged rectangle panel (from Craft Creations) and I used Salty Ocean Tim Holtz Distress ink to colour it in slightly and then used a flowery/snowflake stamp to create the background - using Broken China ink cube so they stood out. Father Christmas & Rudolph on starry background card -  Day 348 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Once again I have used a couple of stamps, some alcohol markers, watercolour paints to make this fun Christmas card for day 34 How I made this card:- I stamped the Father Christmas and Rudolph (from a Sweet Dixie stamp collection) on to some white stamping card using Tuxedo Black ink. I coloured both in using red, black, brown and black alcohol markers with a flesh colour one for his face and a grey for his beard and the fur. I had previously coloured the night scene using a mix of watercolour paints and then, when it was dry, I used a Lawn Fawn starry background die and cut the panel out. I also stamped a couple of Christmas trees on either side of the panel using the Tuxedo Black ink. Happy Christmas Rudolph square card -  Day 341 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I had great fun making this Christmas card for day 341 of my challenge - this time using up items that I had cut out already but hadn't put to use! How I made this card:- Using the Rudolph die from Tonic Studios, I cut it out in back card (the outline) and stuck it to some light Kraft card and cut round it. I then used some brown alcohol markers to create shading. The first mat is a pre cut circle of white stamping card (from Hunkydory) which I coloured using Blue and Green Distress Oxide inks - to be honest I just used what was left on my dauber as there was still so much left on it! I then cut out a slightly larger circle (a Tattered Lace Torn Edge die) in Gold Mirri, The patterned mat was sold some time ago by Craftwork Cards and it has a resist layer so that when I coloured it using a variety of Dye based inks and removed the excess, it left this great pattern behind. Mini Christmas cards or gift tags for  Day 325 of my 365 day challenge  Hi Craft addicts! Today's project for day 325 of my 365 day challenge is a set of 6 mini Christmas cards or they can be used as gift tags.... How I made these cards:- I first of all coloured the fronts of 6 mini cards (3in) which came from Craftwork Cards but you could easily make your own. I used what ink was left on my sponge daubers (blue, green and yellow). I then added 6 peel off stickers on to some white card (from Craft Creations) and using some alcohol markers, coloured them in with reds, blues, and browns etc. Once I was happy with the effects, I then cut round them all leaving a narrow border them. I coloured the edges with gold and brown alcohol markers and placed them onto each card using either PVA glue or a tape pen. Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer Happy Christmas card -  Day 322 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card for day 322 of my 365 day challenge is a fun Christmas card featuring Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.... How I made this card:- I first of all used two Tattered Lace nesting square dies to create the background - the paper is from Hunkydory's striped 8" paper pad and I have used 2 sheets of the same design - the larger die for the stripe and using the reverse side of the paper for the smaller one. I then stuck them together trying to make sure that there was an equal border all around it. I then stamped out the Rudolph image (from Woodware) on to some white card and then coloured it in using alcohol markers - I must admit that I am really pleased with the nose - it looks shiny just be leaving a bit of white in it. Rudolph hand coloured Seasons Greetings 7x5in card -  Day 345 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card is a Christmas card using a Stag's head (Rudolph) that I have cut out using my Brother Scan n Cut with some Tonic Studios backing papers. How I made this card:- I first of all cut out the "Rudolph" head out using an SVG file on my Brother ScanNCut - I will keep the head for another project and coloured it using some "Tea Dye" Tim Holtz Distress inks as I didn't want it to be too white. I then took a sheet of the 8" Christmas backing paper from the "Christmas Wishes" pad from Tonic Studios and stuck it behind the head and trimmed it to fit. I then placed the whole topper on to a 7" x 5" white card using Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue. With Love - baby Rudolph 7x5in Christmas Card -  Day 333 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! So for today's challenge, I have made this really cute Christmas card that I have made using the baby "Rudolph" die from Tonic Studios and some patterned papers from Kanban. How I made this card:- I really love this cute "Rudolph" image from Tonic Studios 2016 Christmas range and so I first of all cut it out twice, once in "black" and again in "Kraft" card - making sure to keep all the parts safe! I then stuck the black "Rudolph" outline to some "White" cardstock using Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue. I used the "Kraft" parts to fill in the main body and feet of Rudolph again using Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue making sure that they were the right ones of course!
