Hi Craft addicts! Today's handmade card is a Just for you tree of life card that is very simple to make... I first of all rounded the corners of a square white card (6") using my Hunkydory Prism punch.  I had coloured a background using green hybrid inks (a mix of Tim Holtz Distress Oxide/Tonic Studios Nuvo/Crafters Companion Harmony ones). Using a Spellbinders Petit Picot edge die, I cut a panel out which is about 5" square and after cutting out the Tree of Life die from Thirsty Brush using Lynda Chapman's Black card attached it to the background layer with a dotty pen (as it only puts glue on to the places you want it to). I used some PVA glue to stick to the top part of the card which I used as a tent fold one and added some Spectrum Noir Glossy Highlights in various places. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this possibly male orientated one featuring this vintage car (though I love this stamp). I first of all placed some white card on to a stamping platform and taped it down so it wouldn't move and then added the Vintage car stamp (from InkLily) on to it where I wanted it and picked it up. I then used Gina K Obsidian Black ink and dabbed it all over making sure it was completely covered (making sure that the image was complete). I repeated the process and stamped it on to some masking sheet and cut around it and placed it over the image as I wanted to colour the sky and ground in. I used Aladine's Izinks to do this with my blending brush. Removing the masking sheet, I then coloured the car in using Spectrum Noir Tri-blend markers - brown and grey shades. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is a bright and cheerful one using toppers and dies with a Gnome theme. I decided to use an A6 white card and so rounded the corners using my Hunkydory Prism punch. I used the Creative Expressions Shabby Basics Cheesecloth die and cut it out using Sheena Douglass's Kraft card. Using Tim Holtz Distress Oxide inks (Walnut Stain and Gathered Twigs) I dragged them across the die cut to give it a bit of depth and heat set it so it didn't come off on my hand! I used a dotty tape pen to attach it to the front of the card - this pen is great as the glue only lands on the card and doesn't "string". I wanted to use the Gnome collection from Paper Boutique/Creative Crafting World and decided that the floral and gnomes on flowerpots toppers would be idea.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this DL card using a variety of Companies dies and papers. I decided to add a variety of coloured cardstock to some self adhesive paper to see what sort of effects I could create so first of all added strips of Purple, Green (both light and dark) and Yellow to it after removing the backing sheet. Once I was happy with it, I took the Slimline Starry Background die (designed by Sue Wilson) and placed it over the card and cut it out. I then removed all of the stars, removed the second backing sheet and stuck it to some of Lynda Chapman's black card. I also cut out the Decorative Rectangle Aperture die (again designed by Sue Wilson) and trimmed it so that it was slightly larger than the starry design and then glued them together, making sure that there was a narrow black border around it.   Hi Craft addicts!     Today's latest handmade card is one I have made using a topper that I had previously made into a card but accidently stained the back of it and I didn't want to waste it. I used the largest Tag shaped die from a collection by Tattered Lace (I think) and cut out two pieces of white card. I scored one of them just below the pediment with my Hunkydory Adorable Scoreboard, added some red liner tape and attached it to the second piece, making sure they matched up. I cut out a piece of Lynda Chapman's Black card and embossed it with the brick 3D embossing folder from Lisa Horton. I had coloured some watercolour card and used the Himi Silky Crayons to create a background and then cut out the Shabby flowers again from Lisa Horton. I glued two lots of the flowers (different sizes) using PVA glue and added a black dot (from another project to the centre of it.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card is one made using a stamp designed by Lee Holland for my 365 day challenge.... I stamped the Flower Boutique design that Lee Holland has produced for Crafter's Companion on to some white card - I used my Load and fold in case I needed to stamp it more than once but I must admit I was very impressed that it didn't need it. I then used my Spectrum Noir Illustrator pens to colour the scene in. Once I was happy with the effect, I used the largest of the Petite Picot edged rectangle die from Spellbinders to cut it out (making sure no waste was left in the border!). I then used a Dotty tape pen from Crafter's Companion to stick it to the front of a top fold 7" x 5" white card (yes I know it looks blue) as the glue sticks to only the paper and doesn't leave any residue.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card is a very quick and easy card using Lisa Horton dies. I rounded the corners of a white A6 card using Hunkydory's Prism punch first of all. I then used a stitched rectangle die (measuring approximately 3" x 4.5") and cut out a piece of white card. Using Crafter's Companion Harmony Water reactive ink pads, I created the sunset ombre background by blending them all in starting with the Lemon Tonic, then Honey Pot and finally Fuschia. I left the panel to dry and then edged it with a black alcohol marker. I also used the same inks to colour another panel of card and then cut out the Flowers from Lisa Horton from it and then some others using Lynda Chapman's Black card (from Creative Crafting World) which I had added some self adhesive backing sheet to. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is a fun, quick and easy one using a Giraffe Creative Expressions stamp. The Giraffe stamp is a red rubber one with a co-ordinating die from a Wildlife range from Creative Expressions and so I stamped it out on to some white stamping card with Gina K Obsidian Black ink. I then used some Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend markers to colour the image in using some neutral colours for the Giraffe itself. Once I was happy (well I wasn't really as I thought the frame needed to be redone..) I decided not to use the die but fussy cut it out myself. I stuck the topper to the front of a 7" x 5" black pearlescent card (now discontinued from Create & Craft), the corners of which I had rounded with the Prism punch from Hunkydory. I first of all cut out a piece of Lynda Chapman's Black card and embossed it with the brick 3D embossing folder from Lisa Horton. I had coloured some watercolour card and used the Himi Silky Crayons to create a background and then cut out the Shabby flowers again from Lisa Horton. I glued two lots of the flowers (different sizes) using PVA glue and added a black dot (from another project to the centre of it. I also cut out a frame using the largest two dies from the Inverted Scalloped rectangle die set from Crafter's Companion in white card and then glued it to the black card and then trimmed it so that there was a very narrow border around it.
