With Love... DL card - 365 day challenge

  Hi Craft addicts!       I really enjoyed making this card and hope you will too! I first of all rounded the corners of a white DL card using the Prism (Hunkydory) punch. I then used  Dotty Design slimline die and cut out the largest panel in white card and used my guillotine to take off the edges so it looks like a postage stamp. I then used the 2 smaller panels and cut the middle size in purple card and the smaller one in white. I also rounded the corners of the middle panel and edged the larger of the panels with a black alcohol marker. I then mat and layered them all together and stuck them to the front of the DL card using PVA glue for all of them, having first of all scored the bottom of the panel about 10 times using my Hunkydory Scoreboard The little girl is a stamp and die set from Linnie Pink Designs called Avery, and I stamped it out on to white stamping card and then cut it out using the co-ordinating die. Happy Birthday Zendoodle Frog 7" x 5" card -  Day 248 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I coloured in this Zendoodle frog a couple of weeks ago but hadn't done anything with it - but here is a card that I used it for.. How I made this card:- I first of all stamped the Zendoodle Frog out on to some white stamping card using Versafine Onyx Black ink and then added some clear embossing powder and heat set it. I then Zentangled the whole image creating my own design which is great fun and mirrored one design on the opposite side. I then coloured it in using Zig Clean Color pens trying to keep the same colours on either side of the frog. Once I was happy with it (well as happy as I would be), I cut it out trying to make sure that no white was showing. Before adding it to the card, I mat and layered 3 pieces of card - one red as that was one of the main colours in the frog, then black and finally a smaller panel of Silver Mirri card. I then ...
