You don't have to be perfect...hand stamped and coloured C6 card - Day 51 of my 365 day challengge Hi Craft addicts! For today's challenge, I have used the same cute mice and duck stamps that i used in a previous card, this time using them with some stamps from Sweet Dixie and embossing the sentiment on some parchment/vellum. How the card was made... I trimmed a panel of blue card (from Papercharm) 95x135mm and a smaller one in white (90x130mm) so that they fitted a C6 tent fold card from the Paper Boutique range by Creative Crafting World. Using some of Altenew's dye based ink pads (blues, oranges, red and yellows), I tried to create sky - I masked of the bottom part of the card as I was going to add some "grass" to it but changed my mind and just kept it totally "sunrise" like. I then used one of Sweet Dixie's flower collection and stamped the dandelion and solid flowers using Onyx Black Versafine on either side of the panel. I left...

Quackers! Ducks and ducklings hand stamped shaped card -  Day 42 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! It isn't often that I am really pleased with the way a card has turned out but this is definitely one of the ones that I am so happy with as I had made another card but it just wasn't right but this one was! If you want to see how I made it then read on! I used a scalloped edged white card (148mm or 6") and added a border to it with an alcohol marker using one of the scallops as a guide. The ducks and ducklings (or are the babies goslings?) - from the Totally Quackers set from For the Love of Stamps are stamped on white super smooth cardstock (Lynda Chapman's World of Paper) using Onyx Black Versafine ink pad and let them all dry. I coloured the larger bird in using 3 shades of green alcohol markers (Altenew or Spectrum Noir will do) trying to make it look realistic and then used a Coral pink one for the bill and feet - whilst that dried, I colour...
