Laugh... girl and flower Z fold card Hi Craft addicts! I had great fun making this card - I must admit I created lots of different shaped cards using the Tartan background paper and this is one of them.... How I made this card You need 2 5" white cards for this process, and you need to fold the front part of the card back on itself and cut it (to the depth you want the fold to be (this one is about 1.5") and reversed it. I then folded the front of the 1st card back on itself so that the fold was in the middle. I measured each panel (there are 5 in total - the two front pieces and 3 in the Z fold) and cut the tartan paper to fit them - it is an A4 pad so you can get all panels out of one sheet.  I then glued them all on to the relevant panels making sure there was a narrow border around all of them. I had all of the die-cuts pre-cut and thought they would go well with this design - the small girl is from Tattered Lace, the Laugh sentiment is a Tonic Stu...

Be Mine heart card  Hi Craft addicts! I hope you all had a good weekend!  Today's card is one that could be used for Valentine's Day and is really easy to make... How I made this card:- I had cut out the Be Mine Heart (it is an old Tonic Studios die) ages ago and thought I really need to use it up... I love Tartan patterns and the pad that Craftstyle produced some time ago has a wide variety of colours and I used one of the Green shades to use as the background which is slightly smaller than the A6 white card I am using. I stuck the tartan panel on to the front of the card using Pinflair's Glue it Bookbinding glue, leaving a narrow border around it. I then cut out a frame (using 2 different rectangle nesting dies) in Black card and a smaller panel out in Silver/Holographic Mirri card (from Hunkydory) and stuck the frame to the top of the Silver card using the Pinflair glue. Happy Christmas Snowman on Tartan background Christmas Card Hi Craft addicts! Goodness Christmas is nearly here! This is a fun card I made using stamps, dies and a Peel-Off sticker.... How I made this project:- This is a 7" x 5" white card which you can buy from most Craft Companies - such as Create and Craft, Hunkydory and Creative Crafting World and I have used it landscape instead of the usual portrait. Tartan makes such a fun background that I used this red, green and black one to make the backing, trimming an 8" piece of paper (from a Hunkydory pad). I attached it to the front of the card using PVA glue and then cut a strip of the reverse side (Green) approximately 1.5" wide and the length of the main panel and then another one from the Tartan slightly narrower and stuck them together with PVA glue again. I then attached that to the main panel making sure that it didn't go over the edge. I cut out 3 circle frames - two in white ...
