Hi Craft addicts! Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is a very quick and simple card to make using no dies whatsoever. I first of all rounded the corners of an A6 white card (any will do) - I either use the new one from Stamps by Me which has 3 different size of punch in one or the Hunkydory Prism one which just has one). I took one of the toppers from the Paper Boutique Gnome Christmas set and stuck it to some Green linen effect card and rounded the corners of them too. I fussy cut a strip of the holly paper that comes within the set (approximately 1.5") and placed it the centre of another sheet of the same green card and then trimmed it to fit the front, rounded the corners of it and attached it using a tape pen (either Create & Craft or Crafter's Companion). I added the topper to some cream card and trimmed around it so it had a really narrow border and placed it in the middle of the card using some foam pads to give it some height. So if you thin...

  Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this Hallowe'en card using dies and Distress Oxide inks. I was playing with the waste from a die cut I had cut out and coloured through it using Gina K Obsidian Black ink to create a moon and trimmed it so it would fit the front of a 7" x 5" white card. I then used a variety of Tim Holtz Distress Oxide inks (Salty Ocean, Blueprint Sketch to name but two) to create a background colouring over part of the circle to make it look like there were were clouds over it. I rounded the corners of it using a Hunkydory Prism punch and attached it to some Lynda Chapman's Black card, trimmed it with my We R Memory Keepers Guillotine so that there was a narrow border and rounded the corners as well. Once I was happy with the background, I cut out the Happy Hallowe'en sentiment and the Underwater Ruins dies (both from Tattered Lace) using the same card as the panel and used a tape pen to attach them. ...

  Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this fun card inspired by a video I saw from Gina K Designs on You Tube... I took a piece of white card and added the squares to it directly using a variety of ink pads from Aladine's Izinks - not being too worried that some of them were quite juicy and added a bit more colour in the corner. I left it to dry and then placed it on to a stamping platform and taped it down. I placed the three different stamps (Congratulations stamp set from Stamps by Me) on to the design, picked them up and inked them with Gina K Obsidian Black ink and pressed down. I did this a couple of times as I wanted the silhouettes to really stand out. I cut the panel to about 3x5in and rounded the corners with a Hunkdory punch and then stuck it to some of Lynda Chapman's Black card, trimmed it and then rounded those corners too.    Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is a DL card using stamps and a single die (and a punch).... I first of all stamped out the Orchids in Bloom stamp from Creative Expressions Designer Boutique range using Gina K's Obsidian Black ink on white card. I coloured the flowers and leaves in using the FSC Stabilo crayons trying to leave some white space within the design. Once I was happy with the outcome, I used an oval die (any will do) to cut it out and edged it with a Blue alcohol marker. I then stuck it to the front of a DL (the corners of which I had rounded using the Prism punch - from Hunkydory) using a tape pen as sometimes it comes through to the inside of the card when using a PVA glue - but that is probably because I use too much.    Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is a simple but stylish card with a lot of white space. I used Lynda Chapman's black card (from Creative Crafting World) and added some of Wild Spider self adhesive paper to the back of it as all of the items here are fairly intricate and it would be easier if the glue was already attached! I then cut out the outline flowers (from Stamps by Me) and the Believe sentiment from Sheena Douglass. I had already cut out a circle in an ochre colour and thought that the flowers would look good on it so removed the backing sheet and placed them on to the circle and trimmed them to fit. I also edged it with a Black alcohol marker. I then did the same with the sentiment and added it to some white card and fussy cut around it. Birthday lovelinesss..lighthouse in front of sunset... A6 white linen effect card Hi Craft addicts! Today's card is another I have made using stamps, Distress Crayons and dies... it is quick and easy to make too! How I made this card:- The base card I used is a white linen effect A6 card - I think these came from Craft Creations but any will do of course (I like the effect you get if stamping directly on to it). I first of all took a small piece of white card and stamped the Lighthouse (from Pretty Quick) on to it using Black Gina K Amalgam ink, I then coloured it in using red and cream alcohol inks from the Prism range from Hunkydory. Hello Floral 7x5in card hand coloured  Hi all you craft addicts out there! So I hope you all had a brilliant Christmas and will have an even better New Year! I have decided to once again do one craft item a day challenge and will start with this very simple but stylish "Hello" 7" x 5" card. How I made this card.... The main focal point is one of the Synergy dies from Stamps by Me which cuts in the cardstock so I used a piece of black card approximately 9x13cm and cut the flowers out and then added it so some white card. I then coloured the flowers using Zig Clean Colour pens (yellows, oranges, pinks, purples and green shades) and a water brush to add some shading - you could use alcohol markers or pencils if you like! Once dry, I then edged the card using a purple alcohol marker and stuck it to the centre of a 7" x 5" card.
