  Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card is one I made when playing with a non scored piece of card which measures 30cm. I first of all scored the piece of card (30cm x 15cm) at the 10cm mark using my Adorable Scoreboard by Hunkydory and folded it to form a card shape and rounded the corners with the Prism Punch (again from Hunkydory). I then used Gina K Obsidian Black ink to stamp out the Dragonfly Delight image directly on to the front of the card. I then stamped it and the sentiment Enjoy Every Moment out on to some white card as I wanted to decoupage the dragonfly on to the plain image. I coloured the dragonfly with some Prism Watercolour pencils and let it dry. I also used the pencils to colour in just the leaves of the main image and also let that dry. Once the dragonfly was dry I cut around it and stuck it on to the card using a tape pen on just the body so that the wings were free and then shaped them a bit. Special Wishes  - Sea landscape hand coloured shaped card -  Day 233 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card is a hand coloured shaped card using Distress inks and Hunkydory stamps. It has been made for day 233 of my 365 day challenge. How I made this card:- I thought that this shaped card would be perfect to use for this Special Wishes design so I cut a piece of white stamping card and coloured the sea scene using Distress Inks for the sea and sky trying to make the definition clear between sea and sky.  I also left a bit of the top half showing the white card so it looked like clouds and I also coloured the sea and parts of the sky in a darker grey colour to look like darker clouds and waves. I then used 2 pieces of waste paper to cover parts of the design and coloured through them to create the horizon and the land parts, moving the paper down so I could create the lower landscape. Have a hoot of a day owl and butterflies 6" card -  Day 165 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! So today's card is a slightly different one in that I have used a pre scored 6" Adorable Scorable card from Hunkydory along with a topper from Creative Crafting World's Paper Boutique. How I made this card:- As I mentioned yesterday, I found a load of pre-scored Adorable Scorable Cards from Hunkydory that I thought I better use up and I decided to have a sort of shaped card for this one. I first of all used my Cutterpillar and cut the front of the card diagonally from left to right (or of course right to left). I then used a Tattered Lace Torn Edge circle die to cut out part of the removed card (I will use that for another project). I used Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue to attach the spare piece of card to the inside of the card. Ahoy Me Hearties! Pirate themed shaped card -  Day 117 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I had great fun making this Pirate themed 6in shaped card using For the Love of Stamps and Masks which I have coloured in using Distress inks and alcohol markers. How I made this card:- I first of all placed the Shiver My Timbers For the Love of Masks stencil (from their new collection) on the front of a 6" scalloped edged card and coloured the edges using Tim Holtz's Rusty Hinge Distress Inks. I also stencilled through the Ahoy Me Hearties (and sword) with the same ink. I then used the two Pirate characters, Pirate ship, Desert Island and Treasure Chest and stamped them out on white stamping card using Tuxedo Black Memento ink pad. Art deco lady hand coloured shaped card - Love and Family -  Day 70 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card for day 70 of my 365 day challenge, is this hand coloured Art Deco lady on a shaped card. I love the blue backing paper - think the colour is brilliant (but hasn't been shown in its' best light in this photo....) How I made this card:- I first of all trimmed a piece of blue paper (from Hunkydory's Rainbow Radiance 6" x 6" pad) to fit (with a border) on this shaped white card. I found the floral Happy Birthday insert recently but have no idea who it is from unfortunately and cut a strip approximately 2" wide. I placed it on the blue layer and made sure that the flowers were on either side equally and taped it on the back and stuck the whole thing on to the front of the card. Hello Sunflowers, and cute critters shaped card -  Day 62 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card is a cheerful card made using strips of paper, some stamps, alcohol markers and distress/dye based inks. How I made this card:- I found this shaped card and thought I better use it up and so tore 3 strips of card - one green and one brown (they are double sided with a lighter shade on the reverse). I first of all stuck the brown one towards the bottom of the card - leaving it unglued at the top so I could slip the flowers in.. I then added the lighter of the green and then the darker one again leaving some space at the top. To make the flowers, I first of all stamped 3 circles (using the Half-tone circles stamps from Altenew) on to some card - using red, yellow and orange for two of them and blue shades for the other one. Happy Easter - Bunnies and Easter Eggs C6 green card -  Day 60 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft Addicts! Day 60 of my 365 day challenge and this project is an Easter Card which hopefully will cheer someone up! I have used a Crafty Expressions stamps, some background papers from Tonic Studios and Stylish Silhouettes Rainbow Radiants pad. How I made this card:- I still have some of these shaped cards that I need to use up, so thought an Easter card would be ideal.. I first of all cut a panel of the Flowery Tonic Studios' Mid Summer Morning 8" paper pad using my Cutterpillar Pro and attached it to the front of the card. I then tore 3 strips of green paper (from the Rainbow Radiants 6" paper pad from Hunkydory's Stylish Silhouettes) and used 2 of the darker shade for the top and bottom parts and the lighter one in the middle and stuck them to the bottom of the card. I then stamped out various images from the Crafty Expressions Spring Fun set using Onyx B...

Have a mice day - mice, flowers and butterflies shaped card -  Day 23 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I thought this was a fun card using various stamps from the For The Love of Stamps range from Hunkydory along with distress inks and alcohol markers. How I made this card:- I love these cute stamps from the Blooming Lovely range from Hunkydory's For the Love of Stamps and thought they would be ideal to use with this shaped card. Using some Distress inks from Ranger (Yellow, Orange and Red) I coloured the front of the card (putting a piece of scrap paper behind it so it protected the inside) - I used these colours as I thought they would be similar to those of the sunflower and let it dry. Whilst drying, I cut out a circle of stamping card using a Tattered Lace die (measuring it so I knew if fitted the centre of the card. I then stamped the flower out in the middle of it and embossed it with clear embossing powder - the ink was Versafine's Onyx Black...
