Winter Owl - happy Christmas square card -  day 330 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Wow! it is day 330 of my 366 day challenge and we now have just a month to go to Christmas Eve!  Today's card is a really fun card using an "Owl" topper along with some peel  off stickers and a backing paper from Kanban, How I made this card:- I had this really cute "Owl" topper for some time and wanted to use it and so did for this 5" (approx) square card. I first of all cut out a square of "green and white" gingham check paper (this one is from a kit by Kanban) and stuck it to the front of the card. I then added the topper to it using some Cosmic Shimmer PVA Glue - I tried to make sure that it was even all the way round.  I used the "Happy Christmas" peel off sticker and some matching "stars" to add a sentiment and decorations to the front. Special dad - Happy Father's Day Card from the "Suits You Sir!" papers  from Craftwork Cards Hi Craft addicts ! So, here is another that could be used for Father's Day or even a male birthday .  Special Dad - Happy Birthday This is a 13.5cm Kraft square card from DoCrafts Papermania collection which I thought would go well with the some of the " Suits You Sir! " 6" paper pad from Craftwork Cards (I am not sure if it is still available on their website).  Having spent some time thinking about how I wanted the card to look, I first of all cut a strip of the grey gingham paper ( 4cm x 13.5cm ) and then used some jute twine (doubled up) in a cross formation to the front of it (attaching it both at the back and on the front of the paper too.
