  Hi Craft addicts! Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this Thank you card which has an Autumnal feel to it.       I used a landscape 7" x 5" white card from the Paper Boutique range from Creative Crafting World and rounded the corners with a Hunkydory Prism punch. The tartan pattern is from the Autumn Blessings collection paper pad and I stuck it to the card front with a tape pen making sure that the flowers were on the edge and then trimmed it to fit. (It is just under half way across). I added some narrow red liner tape, removed the backing sheet and placed some black foil on top of it and burnished so it added a border to the patterned paper. I used the Skeleton leaves die set from the same collection and cut 2 sets of them out from card that I had coloured using Aladine Izink ink sprays.  I used a dotty tape pen to add them in a random way on the right hand side.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is another one in my Autumn themed range.... Very easy to do and great to look at! I first of all cut out a circle using one of the smaller Spellbinders Petit Picot edge die using some stamping card I then used the Autumnal Tree layering stamps to create the tree directly on to the circle (using Tim Holtz Distress Oxide inks - Antique Linen, Walnut Stain, Crackling Campfire and Gathered Twigs) - I used a mix of Gina K Obsidian Black ink along with a bit of Walnut Stain for the 1st layer which is the tree and then followed the numbers on each stamp. I added a sky background using what was left on my "blue" blending brush. Before sticking the topper down, I rounded the corners of a 4" white card using my Hunkydory Prism punch and then coloured the edges using the "brown" blending brush. Thanks for everything... swans and cygnets on hand coloured background 5x7in cream card Hi Craft addicts! Today's card is one I made using Tattered Lace dies, some stamps and watercolour paints. How I made this card:- I took a piece of white stamping card (you could also use watercolour card) and painted it using various shades of blue watercolour paints with the lighter blues towards the top half. I tried to blend them in so you can see the difference between the sky and the water. I then used some darker paint (black or dark purple) to create the skyline in the middle of it. Once it was all dry, I then used a white gel pen to create the waves under the land and some to the sky to give the impression of whispy clouds. I then took some white Brilliance ink from the pad, smooshed it on a glass mat, added some water to it and then used a paintbrush to splash some on to the top part of the panel to create stars! Thanks. You're a Star square card with embossed woodgrain background Hi Craft Addicts! Today's card for The 100 Day project is a quick and simple card using an embossing folder and stamps... How I made this card:- I first of all cut two pieces of card (one black and the other Gold Mirri) to fit the 7" x 5" Skinny Woodgrain embossing folder and embossed both of them (I used my Gemini cutting machine). I then cut the black piece so that there was about an inch on either side and stuck it to the front of a cream/ivory 6" square card (from Create & Craft) using Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue. I placed the gold embossed over the same part of the design and cut it so there was an equal space on either side and then glued it down again using a PVA glue. I stamped the Thanks and You're a Star sentiments (from Toni Darroch's Stamps by Me range) on to some black card using Versamark, added some True White Cosmic Shimmer Detail Embossing Powder ...

Thanks - Thistle in silhouette on hand coloured background Kraft card - Day 237 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card for day 237 of my 365 day challenge is a Thank You card using a Thistle in silhouette as the main focal point. How I made this card:- I first of all cut out a square (with a scalloped edge) out of white stamping card using a Tattered Lace die - it measures approximately 90mm) and coloured the edges using blue distress inks - I left the centre white and used some grey at the bottom to make it a bit darker. I then cut out the Thistle die cut out in black card (Lynda Chapman's) and stuck it to the panel at an angle using Midas Touch Sticky Dots. I then placed the panel on to a slightly larger gold Mirri one (from Hunkydory) and then added that to another white piece of card  - this time with a narrower border. Thanks .. You're one in a million square card with hand coloured panels - Day 205 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card for my challenge is this hand coloured square card that I have made using a mix of Tattered Angels Color Wash paints and Glimmer Mists along with some Brea Reese paints too. How I made this card:- I have loads of these white pre-cut 67mm deckle edge panel (from Craft Creations) and thought I would try out using the various colours in the Tattered Angels Color Wash paint and Glimmer Mist sprays along with some colours from Brea Reese Watercolour inks.  I coloured each panel with various shades of green, green and gold, red, orange, pink and purple and lastly one with a mix of all of them. Once I was happy with the colour, I put them aside and let them dry. When dry, I stuck them to a layer of black card (Lynda Chapman's) and placed a strip of vellum/parchment across the centre of it (using tape on the back). I then stamped...

Thanks -  a fun dog on tree background 6in card -  Day 164 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card for day 164 of my 365 day challenge is a fun card using a mix of Hunkydory and Craftwork Cards (along with some foil and self adhesive paper). How I made this card:- Hunkydory had produced some pre cut 6" Adorable Scorable cards and so I thought I would use one for this project. I first of all added some medium width ultra strong red liner tape to the bottom edge leaving about 1/4" at the bottom and then added some teal/turquoise foil on top of it, burnished it and then repeated the process on the right hand side. I had previously coloured (using distress inks) this topper from Craftwork Cards but didn't really like the card I made so stuck it to some purple/lilac self-adhesive paper (from DoCrafts) with some Cosmic Shimmer PVA Glue. I then removed the backing sheet of the paper and stuck it directly to the top left hand side of the car...

Thank you card - Vintage lady and gent DL card -  Day 153 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card for my challenge is a quick DL card using this fun vintage style topper I have had for ages - it could either by a Hunkydory or Kanban one - not sure to be honest - but still it is a good one to use on a DL card... How I made this card:- I first of all scored 4 lines using my scoreboard along the bottom of a DL card (inside first of all and then outside). I then added the topper directly on to the front of the card, leaving a small gap between it and the scored lines using finger lift tape. I then used the rectangular Speech bubble stamp from Hobby Art Stamps set and stamped it on to some white stamping card using Versafine Onyx Black ink. I then stamped the Thanks sentiment in the middle of it using Onyx Black Versafine ink.
