  Hi Craft addicts! Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this one made totally from scratch. I used the largest circle (about 4") Petit Picot edge die from Spellbinders and cut out two pieces of card - the front is Paper Dienamic Metallink A4 card and the back part is Sheena Douglass A4 white willow card. I scored the back part about 3/4" towards the top and married the two pieces together and added some red liner tape, removed the carrier sheet and stuck them to each other. The black frame is cut out of Lynda Chapman's Black card using the Inverted Scallop die from Crafter's Companion Gemini collection and I stuck it to the front of the card using a dotty pen as it allows the glue to only go on places it needs to. I had a scrap piece of red cardstock and I cut the oval bauble (from Creative Expressions Sue Wilson Festive Collection Sparkle Baubles set) and then used silver mirror card to cut out the top part. Hi Craft addicts! Today's handmade card is a Just for you tree of life card that is very simple to make... I first of all rounded the corners of a square white card (6") using my Hunkydory Prism punch.  I had coloured a background using green hybrid inks (a mix of Tim Holtz Distress Oxide/Tonic Studios Nuvo/Crafters Companion Harmony ones). Using a Spellbinders Petit Picot edge die, I cut a panel out which is about 5" square and after cutting out the Tree of Life die from Thirsty Brush using Lynda Chapman's Black card attached it to the background layer with a dotty pen (as it only puts glue on to the places you want it to). I used some PVA glue to stick to the top part of the card which I used as a tent fold one and added some Spectrum Noir Glossy Highlights in various places.   Hi Craft addicts! Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this simple but effective one using dies and stamps with some hybrid inks. I first of all rounded the corners of an A6 white card using my Hunkydory Prism punch. I had cut out some panels using a stitched edge die (not sure which company it is from but could be Lisa Horton or Creative Expressions) in white card. Whilst still in the die, I coloured the panel using pinks and blues hybrid inks - both Crafter's Companion Harmony/Tim Holtz Distress Oxide or Tonic Studios Nuvo range. I then used the new Make a Wish stamp set from Honey Doo Crafts and stamped the main image on it using Gina K Obsidian Black ink. I coloured the butterflies in using some watercolour ink from Ken Oliver (Marigold) and then edged the panel with a black alcohol marker. Once I was happy with the scene, I then stuck it to some of Crafter's Companion Orange linen effect card from their Autumnal Blessings card pack, trimmed it so ...

Hi Craft addicts! Today's latest handmade card is one using an old die cut, a new stencil and some sentiment stickers. I first of all rounded the corners of a 7" x 5" white card and then scored the right hand side with my Hunkydory Adorable Scoreboard 4 times. I then took one of the Slimline Floral Trio Art stencils and coloured through it using a mix of Gemini Harmony inks. Once I was happy with the effect, I trimmed it to fit the front of the 7" x 5" card (approximately 5.5" x 2.5") and rounded the corners. I then mat and layered it on to some of Lynda Chapman's Black card, trimmed that so that there was a narrow border around it and rounded the corners of that too. I used PVA glue to stick it to the left hand side of the card trying to make sure that the space was equal between the fold of the card and the first scored line.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is a quick and easy card for someone's Birthday.... I took an A6 white card (so many Companies produce these now but I use either Hunkydory or Paper Boutique) and rounded the corners with a Hunkydory Prism punch. I then die cut the outline leaves (from the Linear Poppies set from Stamps by Me) out using Lynda Chapman's Black card and stuck it to some white card and coloured it in using Spectrum Noir Triblender markers until I was happy with the shading. I used a rectangle stitched die and cut out the background from some heavyweight Yupo paper that I had coloured using Himi Silky crayons. I used a dotty tape pen and attached the die cut to it and then stuck it to some Black card which I trimmed to fit and then rounded the corners using the same punch.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this Z fold card using Dylusions stamps and Creative Expressions Neon polish. I first of all rounded the corners of a 6" square card (from Paper Boutique) with a Hunkydory Prism punch. I then scored the front part of the card and folded it back on itself. I took a Hunkydory white tag and one piece of white card and painted them with   Creative Expressions Ocean Teal Metallic polish (I gave them both a couple of coats to make sure they were covered properly. I trimmed the tag to fit the inside of the card and stuck both panels to some black cardstock and trimmed both of them to leave a border around them. I used the abstract flowers and leaf stamps from the Dylusions set, and stamped them on to some white card using Gina K Obsidian Black ink and cut them out.    Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is the semi monochromatic card using dies and stamps.... I first of all took a 7x5in white landscape card from Paper Boutique (Creative Crafting World) and used a Kit n Caboodle punch to create a different corner. I then cut out the two frames (from Stamps by Me) twice, the top one in Lynda Chapman's Black card and the bottom one in Bright blue self adhesive sheet (from Dalton Manor) and placed them on top of each other so that the blue foliage parts show through. I then attached it to the front of the card using a solid tape pen but you could use it a wet glue so that you can place it where you want. I had previously cut out the flower spray (Refined Bouquet from Tattered Lace) in Lynda Chapman's Black card and added it to the bottom of the frame again using a tape pen - this time a dotty one so the glue only goes where it needs to. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card is a fun and cheerful Birthday card using these wonderful Gnome themed products... I first of all took a 7x5in white card (Paper Boutique Landscape format) and rounded the corners with a Hunkydory Prism punch. I then used my Hunkydory Adorable Scoreboard and scored the front part of the card in the middle of it and folded back on itself so it measures 3.5" x 5". I used Lynda Chapman's Black card and cut two panels approximately 3.25" x 4.75", rounded the corners so they match the card. I decided to use two Gnome themed pre-cut toppers from Paper Boutique Beverley Eden collections and again rounded the corners and then stuck them to each of the panels trying to get them as central as possible. Using a solid tape pen, I attached the floral one to the front flap and then the Gnome itself to the inside of the card. These collections come with printed sentiments and so I cut out the Happy Birthday and Just for You one...

Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card is another one made from scratch. I first of all cut out the base card out of two pieces of blue Paper Dienamics Metallinks cardstock using the largest of the Nested Postage Stamps dies from Lisa Horton. I scored one of them about 3/4" from the top and added some red liner tape to the inside of the card, removed the backing and stuck the two together making sure they lined up properly. I then used the straight edged die from the same set and cut out a piece of white card but before taking it out of the die, used a blender brush to colour it using Salty Ocean Tim Holtz Distress Oxide ink. I took it out of the die and attached it to the front of the card using a tape pen. I used the HAPPY and BIRTHDAY dies from Lisa Horton's recent collection and cut the mat layers out in Black and then the actual wording from some lighter Metallinks card and stuck them together.
