I will always stand by your side Flamingos and tropical things C6 card -  Day 175 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I hope you had a great weekend! Today's card is a bright and sunny one featuring flamingos, pineapples and leaves! How I made this card:- I first of all placed both of the flamingos on to an acrylic block and using Onyx Black Versafine ink stamped them on to a precut white oval layer that Hunkydory produce. I then coloured them in using pink shades of Zig Clean Color water color pens. Once I was happy with the colouring, I then used a sponge to add the blue ink around them (I used Tim Holtz Salty Ocean Distress ink). I left a lighter area around the flamingos, I stamped the sentiment (again from the Flamingo Party set of stamps from For The Love of Stamps) using the Versafine ink above the flamingos. Love you to the moon and back Flamingos in love card   Day 22 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I then used 2 Zig Clean Color pens to colour them in (pink shades). I coloured the background in with both Altenew and Distress inks - using a post-it note to define where the water ended and the sky started. I also then used some grey alcohol markers to add the shadow and some shading to the water. I then attached the panel to some ...

Party Animal Flamingo - Hand coloured 6in flower card  Hi Craft addicts! Today's card is one that has pleased me a lot making it - I have used a hand stamped topper along with some brightly coloured paper and 6in flower shaped card. How I made this card:- I first of all took one of the "Leaves" from the "Flamingo Party" For the Love of Stamps collection and stamped it on each of the petals using "Onyx black" Memento ink pad - making sure that they were all facing the right way. I then cut out the two panels (one in "Red & White dots" and the other in "Yellow" cardstock using a "Tattered Lace Torn Edged circle" and the other in a "straight edged circle). Using the "Hearts" DoCrafts (Xcut) embossing folder, I embossed the yellow circle to give it some dimension. I then stamped the surface using one of the flower stamps and then coloured them in using "Red" and "Orange" al...
