  Hi Craft addicts!       Today's card for my 365 day challenge is using an older stamp set from Visible Image and no dies are in sight... I stamped the T-shirt image out on to some white card using Gina K Obsidian Black ink and then added the skull and Smile sentiment to the centre of it again with the same ink. I then used one of Crafter's Companion's Spectrum Noir Tri-blender markers to colour it in. I used one of Hunkydory's punches to add the notched corners to an A6 white card. I trimmed the main panel so that it fitted the front of the card, added skulls to each corner and then rounded the corners with another of their punches and edged it with a Black alcohol marker. I used a blending brush to add some blue shading around the t-shirt. For the card itself, I used an aperture diecut that I hadn't used to add some colour to the front of the card - I used blues and yellows as I thought it would co-ordinate with the main topper. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this slightly different Hallowe'en 4" card using dies and stencils... I first of all took a 4" white card (from Paper Boutique or Hunkydory) and rounded the corners with a Hunkydory Prism Punch. I then took a piece of Willow White cardstock (from Sheena Douglass) and placed a Woodware abstract design stencil over it and coloured through it with a variety of inks - reds, yellows, blues to create this vibrant background. I cut it down to fit the front of the card leaving a very narrow border around it and then edged it with a black alcohol marker. I stuck it to the card with some PVA glue. Using the Witch, Broom and Bat dies from Tim Holtz's Toil and Trouble set from Sizzix, I cut them out in Lynda Chapman's Black card along with the spider's web from a Tattered Lace die. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this fun Hallowe'en card using a variety of products.... I first of all rounded the corners of a 7" x 5" white card which I used as a top fold option (from Creative Crafting World). I stamped the Happy Hallowe'en in each corner of the card (the sentiment is from a Sizzix collection that came out last year) and used Gina K Obsidian Black ink to do it. I used the Summer collection of Ink Lily Glimmer Pens to create the background (it is a shame you can't see the wonderful glitter that is created). I used one of the larger rectangle tag dies from Tonic Studios and cut it out several times in white card, stuck them together using PVA glue and then coloured the top one using a Black alcohol marker. I attached the tag to the background with PVA glue and trimmed the latter so it fitted the tag. Beautifully Wicked - Witches inspired from Wizard of Oz characters DL card Hi Craft Addicts! I had great fun using these stamps from Visible Image - I think I am going to try it with a darker background too soon as I think it could work with both. How I made this card:- To make the background, I measured a piece of white stamping card (I used Hunkydory's Ink Me 8" paper pad) so that it fitted the front of a DL card with a narrow border all around (approx 2.5" x 5.5") and painted it with Dreamees Dinkie Inkies Sparkle watercolour inks - especially  Phlox, Rosey (I know it isn't the right spelling but that is what it says) Cheeks and Sunset blending them all in so that the darker colours were at the top and the brighter ones at the bottom. To create the cloud effect, I used Tim Holtz Distress Oxide inks - Picked Raspberry and Candied Apple. Spooky! Black cat in silhouette Halloween card -  Day 304 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Happy Halloween! Today's card I have made another spooky one - this time using a Black Cat on a hand coloured background. How I made this card:- I first of all took an image of a cat in silhouette from the web on to my Brother Scan n Cut and used the image tracing function to bring it in to Canvas Work Space.  Once that was done, I resized it to one that I was happy with and cut it out of some black card (American Crafts I think as it has a slight texture to one side). I then masked off the centre part of an A6 white card (linen effect) with some purple masking tape, leaving roughly an inch on either side and coloured them with Orange and red Tim Holtz Distress inks. I also cut a circle using a plain die out of white card and coloured that in to match and glued it to the centre of the card (once I had taken away the tape of course!). Boo! Pumpkin in silhouette Halloween Card -  Day 297 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Well it is a week till Halloween and so have made this fun DL card using Tattered Lace dies and some stamps from Bert n Gert. How I made this card:- I first of all cut out the Pumpkin (from Tattered Lace) out in black card and using the same black card (well not the same piece obviously) cut out the Spider's Web and cut it in half. I decided to use a DL card but using it landscape tent fold instead of the normal portrait so I cut out a piece of white stamping card slightly smaller than the front of the card. I then used some masking tape to mask off the centre of the panel leaving about 1.5cm on the top and bottom and coloured it in using Orange, red and yellow Tim Holtz Distress Inks and blended them in until I was happy with it. I then edged it with a black alcohol marker. I also coloured in a square panel of white linen effect card again using the same Distress inks, ...

Wicked.... A6 white Halloween card -  Day 296 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I have had these peel off stickers for some time and thought it was about time I used them so this is the result! How I made this card:- I took a precut panel of white hammered card and coloured a sky scene using Tim Holtz Distress ink (Salty Ocean). I then added various peel off stickers (from Craft Creations) to create a scene - I was still able to used the spider's web even though it broke as it looks like the spider is trying to fix it! When I was happy with the way it looked, I added some True Graphite Altenew inks beneath the cauldron etc and also added a light brush of it over the spider's web.  I used two sizes of bat stamps (think they are from Hunkydory's For The Love of Stamps range and the larger one is from Bert and Gert's Halloween Range and stamped them randomly on either side of a white linen effect card using Versafine Onyx Black ink.  I used a rul...

Love the Bones of you.... square card -  Day 294 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card for my challenge (nearly day 300) is a very quick and simple fun card using dies from Paper Boutique. How I made this card:- I first of all cut out the mat layer from the Love the Bones of You die set using black card. I then cut out the skull layer using white card and stuck it on top of the mat. Using the circle die within the set, I then cut out another mat in black card. I also cut out the sentiment and accompanying mat layer in orange and black and stuck them together using PVA glue. I attached the main mat and layer on to a 6" white pearlescent card using PVA glue. I then attached the black circle in the middle, this time using some thin foam pads. Finally, I added the sentiment on top of that, this time using PVA glue. A nd there you are  - a homemade/handmade card that was made using only a few products but is fun but stylish to send for Hall...

Believe in Magic with ghost and cat square card  Day 292 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card for my challenge is one that could be used for Halloween but could be for anyone who likes Harry Potter etc. How I made this card:- I cut out the background mat using the largest die from one of Paper Boutique's Wonderfully Wicked set that came out recently using some orange Dapple cardstock from Create & Craft's latest Core Collection. I then cut out the Believe in Magic layer using the die from Tattered Lace in Lynda Chapman's black card. As it cuts within the card, I then cut around it in randomly! Using PVA glue, I then stuck it to the mat trying to centraliseit. I then glued the whole panel on to the front of a 6" black pearlescent card. I felt it needed something else so I cut out the Ghost and Cat in white card and stuck them to the top left and bottom right hand corner. A nd there you are  - a homemade/handmade card that ...
