  Hi Craft addicts! Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this card using dies, stamps and papers from a variety of companies... I used my Hunkydory corner punch from their Prism range to round the corners of this 7" x 5" white card (either from Hunkydory or Creative Crafting World). I had created the background some time ago using Creative Expressions Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Powders (mainly Green shades) - all you need to do is spritz some water on some cardstock, then tap the Pixie Powders on to it and allow it either dry naturally or use a heat gun.  I cut the main panel out from the above backgroun using the largest Petit Picot Edged die from Spellbinders. I then trimmed a piece of Green linen effect card to fit the mat layer and stuck it down using a tape pen - I didn't want to use a wet glue as I didn't want it to show through. I stamped the Tulip image from Sheena Douglass on to some of her Willow White card using a stamping platform and Gina K Obs...

Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card is one using dies and stamps from several companies. I took a sheet of Olive Green A4 card (from Tattered Lace) and made a 7" x 5" card out of it scoring it in the middle. I also trimmed a very small edge of the back so that it is easier to open. I then used the largest of the Rectangle Petit Picot Edge dies from Spellbinders to cut out the main background out of Cream card. I used the Bees in Nature Cut & emboss folder (from the Bee-utiful collection from Crafter's Companion Nature's Garden range) to create a frame out of white card. I saved the centre part for another project and then used Tim Holtz Distress Oxide inks (Pinks and Greens) directly on to the card trying not to get too much on to the card itself and concentrated on the embossed parts. I stuck it to the background with a strong tape pen and attached that to the front of the card using PVA glue. I had previously cut out the WOW sentiment and mat layer...

  Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is an easel card using dies and hybrid inks for the background. Using the Family Tree die set from Thirsty Brush, I first of all cut out the tree (using both the circle and tree dies together) in Lynda Chapman's Black card and then cut out two of the circles in white card. Taking one of the circles, I coloured a sunrise/sunset scene using Crafter's Companion Harmony and Tonic Studios Nuvo Hybrid inks blending them in so that it is darker at the top and left it to "dry". Once it was, I stuck the tree on to it using a dotty tape pen from Crafter's Companion (as it just sticks the glue on to the card and doesn't leave any residue. I took a 5" square card, rounded the edges with Hunkydory's Prism punch and folded the front part on to itself and scored it with a scoreboard. As I wanted the back of the topper to look just as good as the front, I then used the 2nd circle and attache...
