Smile... Single poppy circle card - 365 day challenge
Hi Craft addicts! Today's latest handmade card is one made right from scratch using dies to make the card and all the mats n layers! I first of all used the Filigree Poppy doily die set from Tattered Lace and cut out two of the largest dies to create the card itself. I scored along the top of one of the card using my Adorable Scoreboard from Hunkydory and then added some red liner tape to it, removed the backing and attached the two pieces together making sure that they matched perfectly. I used one of the larger Spellbinders Petit Picot edge circle dies to cut out the main mat using green Metallinks card from Paper Dienamics. I then cut out a slightly smaller layer using a scalloped edged circle die in Lynda Chapman's Black card and then some decreasing circles in white and green card ( both dies and card are from Crafter's Companion).
