Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is one I really enjoyed making using stamps, dies, alcohol markers and pencils ( and yes it is a white card).... I have also added a couple of pictures showing the difference between just alcohol markers and adding the pencils. I first of all cut out a piece of white stamping card using the largest of theSpellbinders Petit Picot edge oval die set. I then stamped out the Floral Spray stamp image on to it using Gina K Obsidian Black ink and left it to dry a bit. I coloured it in first of all using pastel shades from the Sketching set of Spectrum Noir Illustrator pens and this is the result. As you can see, it is very pale and I could have left it like that but felt that I wanted to see how different it would be if I used Stabilo FSC pencils on top and so coloured half in and again this is how it turned out (and you can definitely see how vibrant they became)..   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is something you can send at any time and is great to make! I first of all stamped the Floral Wonder image (from Woodware Stamps and designed by Jane Gill) on to some white stamping card using Gina K Obsidian Black ink. I then coloured it in using Crafter's Companion Spectrum Noir Tri-blenders which I find really good to colour in with but you could use any media to do this with - am going to try watercolour paints next! When I was happy with it. I then took a blending tool and added some Broken China Tim Holtz Distress Oxide ink to colour the background I then took some blue watercolour ink, added it to a glass mat and picked some up with a paintbrush and spattered it over the image.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is one made using some dies, stamps and watercolour paints. I used the Floral Spray die from Stamps by Me and cut it out in Lynda Chapman's Black card which I had backed with Wild Spider Self Adhesive paper (but Creative Expressions do some too). I removed the backing sheet and placed it on to some white card burnishing it so that it was well stuck down. I then used some watercolour paints (Himi from Stamps by Me) to colour the flowers in and let it dry. I also coloured the sky in using blue watercolour paints. I trimmed it and stuck it to the front of a 7" x 5" white card (the corners of which I had rounded using a Hunkydory punch from their Prism range. I then used the Just Saying Hello sentiment stamp and added it to the bottom of the card (I used Gina K Obsidian Black ink). To the best friend - flowers,butterfly and bee A6 card Hi Craft addicts! Today's card is the 2nd (or maybe 3rd) in a series of projects using the same stamp in different ways.... this time I have used black card and white embossing powder.. How I made this card:- I first of all used Versamark ink to stamp the Bold Blooms - Caroline flower spray onto some Black card (Lynda Chapman's) and then added some True White embossing powder and heat set it.  Using the white pencil from the Chameleon set of crayons,I coloured in the flowers and then used a variety of other colours such as red,blue and green to finish them off. I also added some green to the leaves and smaller blooms. Once I was happy with the colouring, I then cut around it trying to leave an equal border around the image. Happy Birthday Floral Spray on Kraft card square card  Hi Craft addicts! I have been using a variety of techniques/cardstock to create different effects with the same stamp - this is one using White embossing powder on Kraft card.... How I made this card:- I first of all used Versamark ink to stamp the Bold Blooms - Caroline flower spray onto some Kraft card and then added some True White embossing powder and heat set it.  I then used the largest of the Scallop Layered squares die as it has a very decorative edge to it to create a topper. Using the white pencil from the Chameleon set of crayons,I coloured in the flowers. I also added some green and blue to the leaves and smaller blooms. Once I was happy with the colouring, I then attached it (with a PVA glue) to a slightly larger square of dark teal card (I think this is from an old pack of Shades stock from Tattered Lace). Happy Birthday to you... Watercolour flower spray 7x5in card Hi Craft addicts! I was thinking of trying a variety of stamping techniques using just one stamp and I have come up with a few ideas and here is one of them using watercolour paints (as it is Watercolour Wednesday) -  more will be posted over the next few weeks.... How I made this card:- I first of all stamped the flower spray image (Woodware's Bold Blossoms - Caroline set) out using Versamagic ink and True White Embossing powder on to some white Ink Me card and heat embossed it using my heat gun. I then added some water over it and then coloured the flowers etc in using Gansai Tambi's Pearl Colours watercolour paints - they are really lovely as they have a pearlescent effect when dry! - I used the pink, yellow, blue and green colours... Once it was dry, I trimmed it so that it fitted the front of an 7" x 5" white card (leaving a narrow border around it).I coloured the background in using Simo...
