  Hi Craft addicts! Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this one made totally from scratch. I used the largest circle (about 4") Petit Picot edge die from Spellbinders and cut out two pieces of card - the front is Paper Dienamic Metallink A4 card and the back part is Sheena Douglass A4 white willow card. I scored the back part about 3/4" towards the top and married the two pieces together and added some red liner tape, removed the carrier sheet and stuck them to each other. The black frame is cut out of Lynda Chapman's Black card using the Inverted Scallop die from Crafter's Companion Gemini collection and I stuck it to the front of the card using a dotty pen as it allows the glue to only go on places it needs to. I had a scrap piece of red cardstock and I cut the oval bauble (from Creative Expressions Sue Wilson Festive Collection Sparkle Baubles set) and then used silver mirror card to cut out the top part.   Hi Craft addicts! Today's latest handmade mini card (the last one for the moment in my challenge within my 365 day challenge) is this small gift tag or mini card... I first of all cut out two pieces of white card using the Tattered Lace rectangle die. I scored one of them at the top and then added some red liner tape to the top and attached them together making sure that they were matched up. I then used one of Lisa Horton's stencils and coloured the front of it with hybrid inks (mix of Tim Holtz Distress Oxide, Harmony and Nuvo ink pads). I used one of Lisa Horton sticker sentiments (black on white) and attached it to some lilac paper/card, fussy cut around it and then stuck it to some of Lynda Chapman's Black card and fussy cut around that. I used some foam pads to add it to the centre of the card, attaching it at a jaunty angle. Hi Craft addicts! Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this simple but striking card using just black and white cardstock. I first of all cut two pieces of white card (Sheena Douglass Willow White) using the largest plain die from Tattered Lace Fretwork Poppy Square set and made a tent fold card from them by making a score line at the top of the card using my Hunkydory Adorable Scoreboard. I creased the score line and then added some Red Liner tape to the top bit, having first removed the release backing sheet from it. I matched the edges by butting it against the scoreboard and joined the two together to make the card. I cut out the ornate layer from the same set from Lynda Chapman's Black card and stuck it to the card only gluing the middle part allowing the fretwork edge to remain free.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card is one I made from scratch using just dies.... I took the largest solid die from Tattered Lace's Filigree Poppy Doily die set and cut two of them in Sheena Douglass's Willow White card. I then scored one of them towards the top and folded it back adding some red liner tape to it, removed the backing sheet and stuck the two together to make a card. I used the next die which is the ornate doily design and again cut it out in white card. I have just noticed in the photo that I didn't take all of the bits out of it - but have done now! One of the scallops got torn, and instead of throwing it away, I trimmed it and then repeated it several times so it looked ok and then added some yellow ink to the scallops to add some colour. I used the next two dies to cut out the ornate circle pattern twice, one in brown card (Crafter's Companion) and the Glitter Euphoria Sparkly card from Lisa Horton.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card is one made right from scratch using dies to make the card and all the mats n layers! I first of all used the Filigree Poppy doily die set from Tattered Lace and cut out two of the largest dies to create the card itself. I scored along the top of one of the card using my Adorable Scoreboard from Hunkydory and then added some red liner tape to it, removed the backing and attached the two pieces together making sure that they matched perfectly. I used one of the larger Spellbinders Petit Picot edge circle dies to cut out the main mat using green Metallinks card from Paper Dienamics. I then cut out a slightly smaller layer using a scalloped edged circle die in Lynda Chapman's Black card and then some decreasing circles in white and green card ( both dies and card are from Crafter's Companion).   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's card for my 365 day challenge is one made totally from scratch - from the card itself to the stamping... I decided to make the card from scratch and so used one of the larger circle dies from Tattered Lace's Circle Mini Lace edge set and cut two out from Sheena Douglass's Willow White cardstock. I scored one of them about 3/4" down from the top using a scoreboard (my one of choice is Hunkydory's Adorable Scoreboard). I added some red liner tape to the above the score line, removed the backing and stuck the two together making sure they lined up properly. I cut out the House in silhouette die (Crafter's Companion Gemini Our Home pop up die) from Lynda Chapman's Black card and placed it on a piece of white card that I had coloured in using a variety of blending brushes with blue, yellow, and brown hybrid inks (Tim Holtz Distress Oxide, Aladine Izinks and Nuvo ink pads).   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is one made from scratch using dies and stamps... I used one of the larger Shabby Edge Circle dies from Tattered Lace and cut out two in Sheena Douglass Willow white card. I then scored about 3/4" down from the top of one of them (making sure that the bevelled edge is on the outside of the back one). I placed some red liner tape on the top part of the scored one, remove the backing and stuck the two together making sure they matched. Using another of the dies (two sizes smaller), I cut it out in some pale blue paper (from Paper Boutique range by Creative Crafting World) and then stuck it to the front of the card. I then used some of Lynda Chapman's Black Card to cut out another layer using the same die set. I already had a die cut scalloped edged circle in white card which I saw would fit this card and so I stamped the rainbow out (from Find the Rainbow set by Crafter's Companion Gemini) and col...

  Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card is one made totally from scratch using just dies and toppers... I hope you like it. I first of all used the largest of the Striped Oval dies from Tattered Lace and cut out two pieces of white card. I scored one at the top (about 3/4") and folded it back, added some red liner tape and created my card by sticking the two together. I then cut out a mat layer using the largest ornate die, using a golden colour Paper Dienanamics Metalinks card. Using a dotty tape pen, I attached it to the front of the card making sure it was the right way up as I found out that it did matter! I then used two toppers from the Gnome topper collection from Paper Boutique - added the stripy one to the left with a tape pen and the toadstools on some foam tape to give it a bit of height. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge has been made from scratch and here is how I did it..... I first of all took the 7x5in die (from Creative Expressions Noble Rectangle die collection designed by Sue Wilson) and cut two pieces of white card and attached them together by scoring about 3/4" from the top of one of them, adding some red liner tape and sticking them together. I then cut out two further pieces, the mat layer in Lynda Chapman's Black card and then one in white. I stuck the black mat layer on to the front of the card and then coloured the white piece using various Izink Dye based ink pads to create a magical looking background. I was playing with the latest Gnome collection that Crafter's Companion's Nature Collection - Gnome Home and Gnome child and created the larger of the toadstools using the dies and stencils and some of Izink ink (what was left on my brushes).
