Meow - trendy French cat in beret A5 white card -  Day 126 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card for my challenge is a really fun card using a Hunkydory Topper (from their Pampered Paws Little Books), some of their Holographic Mirri card and some Rare Earth stamps... How I made this card:- I first of all used the fish bones, bowl and ball of wool and stamped them directly on to the front of an A5 white linen effect card using black ink. I then coloured bits of them in using Zig Clean Color pens (blue and brown) and inked the edges with what blue ink (Salty Ocean Tim Holtz) was left on my sponge. I took one sheet of the cat in a French outfit and stuck it on to some Holographic card (from Hunkydory) and trimmed it so there was a border all around it. I then stuck it on the front of the card using fingerlift tape. I stamped the MEOW and speech bubble (the Meow in blue and the bubble in black), cut around it and attached it to the card using foam p...

Just for you - Cat and butterflies 7" x 5" white card Hi Craft Addicts! Today's card is a really simple one to make but is really effective using just a topper sheet from Hunkydory, some Mirri card and some die cuts.... How i made this card:- I first of all took one of the "Cat in silhouette" topper sheet from the "Twilight Kingdoms" Little Book from Hunkydory and attached it to an A6 "Rainbow" Mirri panel (already pre-cut by them). I then glued it to the top part of a 7" x 5" white card (also from Hunkydory). I felt it needed something else so cut out the "Butterflies" in "Dark blue" 50 Shades Darker Mirri card (from Hunkydory) using the "Cascading Butterflies" new die from Tattered Lace and glued the 'waste' butterflies to the various parts of the card. Finally, I used a sentiment "Just for you" which I had already had and attached it to the card using foam pads. And...

Snowman  scene 6" stamp shaped Christmas Card -  Day 351 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Day 351 of my 366 day challenge and I have made this 6" Stamp shaped Christmas card using a "Snowman" topper from Hunkydory along with the card which is again from Hunkydory. How I made this card:- I first of all folded this 6" "Stamp" shaped card and took out the spare parts in the crease. I then removed the central aperture panel as I would be using it later. I stamped the front of the card using a "flower" stamp (I think from Tattered Lace) using a "Blue" dye based ink mini pad (from DoCrafts Papermania) - 2nd and 3rd generation the flower to give it a different effect. I then took one of the "Snowman" topper sheets from Hunkydory's "Sparkling Season" Little Book of Toppers and cut it out using Tonic Studios' "Threaded Scallop Square" die making sure that it fitted the ape...

Trio of funky snowmen 7" x 5" Christmas Wishes card -  day 334 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Snowmen rock today for my latest card for my 366 day challenge - once again I have time travelled as I realise that there is only 32 days left of my challenge so this one should have been 334.... Anway... How I made this card:- I really love these topper sheets from Hunkydory - this one is from the "Sparkling Season" Little Book of toppers and only used one of them.   I first of all mat and layered it on to some "Snowy" Mirri card pre-cut A6 sheets again from Hunkydory, As I felt it needed a bit of colour, I then added it on to a panel of "Green and White" spotty paper (this is from Kanban) leaving a small border around it.  I also edged the whole panel using a "Green" alcohol marker and then placed it on to the 7" x 5" card which I had turned on its' side to make it a "landscape" one. I had ...

Party Time - Flapper girls 5x7in card -  Day 298 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Well it is the weekend, so have made this quick and easy card using a really fun topper sheet from Hunkydory,Little Books along with some stars and Mirri card... How I made this card:- I took one sheet of the " Flapper Girls" from the "Deco Shimmer" Little Book of Toppers from Hunkydory and placed it on to some "Rainbow" Mirri" Card again from Hunkydory using some Collall All Purpose Glue as it allowed me some "wiggle" time. I then added it to a 5" x 7" white card (again from Hunkydory) towards the top of the card using some thin foam pads. I cut out the "stars" in matt silver mirror card (from Kanban) using the "Tuck in Stars" die from Tattered Lace and snipped a few of them off and glued them on to either side of the card. I then took the "Party Time" sentiment (silver one) from the ...

Today I have visited the Orient and have made this 7" x 5" card using a beautiful "Peacock" topper from the Little Book of the Orient topper pad from Hunkydory along with frames cut out using Tonic Stuidios dies How to make the card:- I first of all took the "peacock" topper sheet from the "Little Book of the Orient" pad from Hunkydory and cut the main image out using the "label" frame that I think comes from Tonic Studios. I then used a sheet of the teal paper (from the "Radiant Radiance" paper pad and cut it out using the size larger frame and another one in black cardstock with the largest of the frame dies. You are "Pawsome" cool cats Z-fold card -  Day 237 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I wanted to do something fun today and so have used this really cute and fun image from the "Pampered Paws" Little Book of Toppers from Hunkydory along with some die shapes and also a sentiment using my Brother ScanNCut. To make the embellishments - Using my Brother ScanNCut CANVAS , I typed out the words "You are Pawsome" in one go and then divided them all so that each letter was separate. I then moved them to form each word, slightly overlapping them and then welded them and then cut them out. (I made sure that they would fit a 7" square card ). I then cut out the fish bones, food bowl, fish and pawprints several times in black card using the "Pets" dies from the  First Edition (Trimcraft) collection. I also used one sheet of the "two cats" image from the "Pampered Paws" Little Book of Topper...
