Have a purrfect day...cute cat on square card -  Day 262 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card is a fun and cheerful card that I made out of a happy accident - day 262 of my challenge already!  How I made this card:- I had had this card from Hunkydory (I think) for ages and thought I should use it so I misted various colours over it from Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists (Tone on Tone Orange,Yellow and Pink). Once I was happy with the effect, I then realised that though I had wanted the inks to go through to the back, it had smudged in a couple of places so rather than throwing it away decided to use the front as a background for another card. I used Cosmic Shimmer PVA Glue to attach it to the front of a 6" black pearlescent card from Create & Craft's Core range. Fairy and flower cartonnage gift tag or home decor -  Day 157 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Well the sun is shining today which makes a lovely change and for my challenge today, I have been playing with tag shaped cartonnage/chipboard shapes. How I made this project:- These are, I think chipboard/cartonnage label shaped tags (not MDF) and I think I should have painted it first with some Gesso to act as  a primer but still I think it still turned out ok. I used Tattered Angels Colour Wash paints (blues, greens, browns and a hint of yellow to colour in the background. I let each coat dry before adding another (I think I did about 4 or 5) and then let it dry overnight. I cut out the fairy and the flower toppers in white cardstock (both Tattered Lace dies) and coloured them in - I left the fairy's hair white as I thought it added some interest and her wings and flowers in a couple of shades of pink. Love birds and cage on an embossed flower background C6 card - Day 64 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card is a quick and easy one that uses embossing powder and Tattered Angels Colour Wash Paints. How I made this card:- I took a c6 pre cut white stamping card and stamped the largest flower from the Blooming Lovely For The Love of Stamps set from Hunkydory, embossing it with Versamark ink pad and covered it in Bright White Embossing powder and heat set them.  I repeated it a couple more times with the smaller of the flower. I wanted to try the resist technique and so "painted" it with Orange, Yellow and Red Tattered Angels Coiour Wash paints heat setting it with my heat gun. I straightened it out and attached it to the front of a C6 tent fold card using a tape pen. Happy birthday - underwater diver scene on 6in square card -  Day 58 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Such a strange now - snowing, sunshine and clouds - so have made this card to cheer me up! Once again I have used some of the brilliant stamps from For The Love of Stamps by Hunkdyor and some of Tattered Angels Colour Wash Paints... How I made this card:- I took a 6" x 6" piece of stamping card and trimmed it down so that it fitted on a 6" scalloped edged card. I wanted to try out some of the Tattered Angels Colour Wash Paints I had, so coloured it with their blues and blacks using a flat brush trying to merge the colours in to make the bottom darker than the top. I used a heat tool to dry it a bit and then left it to dry for about 20 minutes (trying to keep it flat at the same time). Once it was fully dry, I then created the underwater scene but stamping the shipwreck on the bottom right hand corner and the sea plants on the right - 2nd genera...
