Birthday Wishes blue flowers on green background 7x5in card -  Day 225 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I had used this flower design previously for a Mothers' Day card but decided to use it to make this bright and cheerful Birthday card once again using an Imagination Crafts stencil, some Altenew inks and Hunkydory Papers. How I made this card:- I had one of these large tag shaped labels hanging around and thought I would use it as the main focal point for a card. I therefore coloured through this flower stencil (from Imagination Crafts) using the darkest blue Altenew mini ink cube (I still don't know what it is called). I then added the stems and leaves using Parrot Altenew ink cubes and edged the label with a bright blue alcohol marker. I took 2 sheets of the Splendid Stripes paper (from Hunkydory's For The Love of Stamps 8in pads and trimmed the block colour side of the paper to allow for a small border around the tag and stuck it to it. ...

Hugs and Kisses Zentangled Cat 7x5in card -  Day 161 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Well have the French Tennis Open on in the background whilst doing this blog and as usual want both players to win! Anyway, I thought this card turned out quite well and thought I would tell you how I made it! How I made this card:- I first of all used Canvas (the website app for my Brother Scan n Cut and exported a picture of a cat on to it and resized it to 3.5" x 4" and cut it out in white card. I then used a fine Micron pen with black ink and Zentangled inside the cat - I probably will make them a bit larger the next time. I coloured them in using Zig Clean Color Real brush pens and some alcohol markers. I took a sheet of Khaki green paper (from a pack from Creative Crafting World I think) and stuck it to the bottom half of a 7" x 5" white card and trimmed it to fit (turning the card over so I could see the edges.
