Owl in window Pollyanna Pickekring square card -  Day 70 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! So, for Day 70 of my 366 day challenge , I have made this card using a stunning Pollyanna Pickering image from the British wildlife card making ki t, Creating Crafting World produces. I first of all matted the topper on to a deckle edged cream panel (you can buy them already cut out from Craft Creations if you don't have a die-cutting machine). I then added some black and white "Washi tape" to the centre of a larger deckle edged panel of Kraft card - this has been cut out using one of the square dies you can get from many different suppliers (you could also cut all of them out using your electronic cutting machines). As you can see, i added the main topper at a jaunty angle as I thought it looked better that way, so place the whole mat and layered topper to the left of the card leaving more room on the right hand and bottom edges of the card. You are Lovely (bird design) square card Hi Craft Addicts! Well. day 3 of the 366 day challenge and this time I have done a 6" square card using the lovely " Beau Papier" paper collection from Craftwork Cards. So, to start with I cut a square of patterned paper (13cm) and stuck it to some white cardstock using a tape pen and then coloured the edges to match the bird topper.  I then used a panel ( floral embossed ) from the "All White" c ard collection and using the Tea Dye Tim Holz mini ink pad blended it to co-ordinate with the backing paper.   Having made sure that it was dry, I then found some orange and white spotty "washi tape" and placed it in the centre of the panel and then stuck it all on to the backing cardstock.   Once I was happy with it, I then glued the bird panel on to it making sure that it was centred ok and then using Stix2 foam pads , I placed the whole thing on a 150cm (6") scalloped edge...

Hi Craft addicts ! Still 2 weeks to go till Father's Day and this is a really quick and easy card using a topper from the " Suited Seduction " fullworks collection from the brilliant Lelli-bot Company .  I really love the quality of their products and they really know what the crafter wants. And with NO dies or stamps used in it at all... This is a C6 card which I used tent-fold (ie landscape) and thought I would include an insert that I designed myself within Serif using various digikits - if you would like me to send you details as to how I designed it just get in touch in the comments below... Hi Craft Addicts With Love - Wolf Card Challenge No. 10 - 7" x 10" card Well, here it is - the last card made from the Moonlight (Wolf) Cardmaking kit from Creative Crafting World using the fantastic artwork of renowned wildlife artist, Pollyanna Pickering . This time, I have used one of CCW' s own 7" x 10" Elegant frame card (Lily) (250gsm) to make it with the final topper and backing paper from the kit.  This card is made of up of 3 bits (all pre-scored for you) and makes a fancy easel type card when standing up. You have to take out the die-cut parts of the header of course! To start the card, I stuck the topper on to a black scalloped edged square frame (this one is a Spellbinders Lacey Square ) and then added a white deckle edged frame in Centura Pearl card on to it using thin Stix 2 foam pads. Hi Craft Addicts! So here is number 4 card that has come out of the Pollyanna Pickering Moonlight (Wolf) Cardmaking kit. . I have to admit that it started out differently to what I thought it would but am pleased with it anyway.... I used one of the 8" (20x20cm) square cards that came in the kit and cut the front cover so that it measured 12cm. I then used the Plush Peony Die from Tonic Studios to cut the border out on the back side of the card and kept the flower parts for another project. After making sure that it was cut out properly, I used my Scor-pal and scored it so that it could fold over the front side of the card. I then used my scoring tool to burnish the crease so that it lay flat. Once I was satisfied that it looked ok, I cut a strip 6 x 20cm from both the black card and floral acetate and taped them together using red liner ultra strong tape (as this is a patterned acetate the tape doesn't show) and glued it to the right hand side of the fron...

Hi bloggers! well this is the 3rd blog - and it hasn't been a month or so since the last one - am definitely going to keep this up (fingers crossed! I made this item using the papers from the Steampunk Spells series from Graphic 45 some time ago and  have made some others using Graphic 45 - but will do another blog about them later on..
