A Day without Laughter.is a day wasted .... black 7" x 5" card Hi Craft addicts! I think this is a great quotation and enjoyed making this card from the stamp from Sharon Callis.... How I made this card:- I stamped the sentiment on to some parchment/vellum using Versamagic ink and then added some white Embossing Powder and heat set it with my heating tool. I then cut around the image following the circles (leaving enough room on either side of the topper so I can attach it to the background. To create that, I scribbled some of the various blue shades of Tim Holtz's Distress Crayons (such as Salty Ocean and Blue China) onto some white stamping card (or watercolour card) and used a paint brush and water to blend the colours together. Once dry, I attached the vellum/parchment to the centre of it using some high tack tape on the reverse so you can't see it and then stuck the whole thing on to a panel of Silver Mirri card (this is a pre-cut one...
