Season's Greetings Father Christmas in silhouette C6 card

Season's Greetings Father Christmas in silhouette C6 card Hi Craft addicts! Well today's card is one I made using stamps, a hand coloured background and a prepared foiled sentiment... How I made this card:- I took a piece of white card (stamping or watercolour) and painted a background using various shades of greens and pinks watercolours. Once I was happy with it, I put it to one side to dry. I then stamped the Father Christmas with sack, Christmas tree, branch, grass and Reindeer on to it using Black Gina K Amalgam ink pad. I trimmed it to fit the front of a C6 white card (with room for the sentiment on the right hand side)  and stuck it down with PVA glue. I had this Season's Greetings sentiment for ages (I think it is a Craftwork Cards one), and realised it fitted perfectly so used PVA glue again to stick it (sideways rather than portrait). Finally, I added some snow to the sky using a White Glue gel and then some Red and Green Nuvo drops to the tree...

Santa A6 card and Christmas Post Box narrow DL Card -  Day 329 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! As I didn't post a blog yesterday, I thought I would show how I made these 2 different Christmas cards..... How I made these cards:- Santa with mini Santa.... I cut out the Santa Claus die (from Tonic Studios) a few times in black and white card and stuck the black parts on to the white. I then coloured the hat and coat with red alcohol markers and then the gloves in green. I also added some grey to the beard and fur on his coat. I also coloured his face in a flesh alcohol marker and black/grey for his boots. I used a snowflake stencil to create the background, colouring it in using a blue distress ink. I then cut it out using a Tattered Lace torn edge rectangle die. I stuck the Santa on the panel using PVA glue and edged it with a blue marker. I then glued the whole thing on to a white A6 card and stamped the Season's Greetings sentiment underneath the ...

Father Christmas - Greetings from North Pole shaped card -  Day 322 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! For today's challenge, I have made a Christmas Card using a Tonic Studios Father Christmas die along with some Hunkydory stamps and some peel off stickers. How I made this card: - I first of all coloured the tag using "Blue" inks (once again it is a Papermania ink cube), making it darker at the top of tag. I then cut out the "Father Christmas" ( Jolly Santa ) from Tonic Studios in "Black", "Red" and "White" card making sure I kept all the pieces from them all.  Using Cosmic Shimmer PVA Glue, I attached the black one onto the tag and added the boots back to it. I then took all the red pieces of the die-cut and glued them in the relevant places. Finally, I added the white pieces (the fur and bobble of his hat). I tried to make the fur etc a bit less white by using a "Beige" alcohol marker ...
