Sending Smiles across the miles... bees DL card - 365 day challenge
Hi Craft addicts! Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is a fun DL card using stamps and a pre printed sentiment... I created the background using Cosmic Shimmer Neon polishes (Pink, Yellow and Red) which I did by adding some of the polish on to a glass mat and watered it down a bit so they became more of a wash and painted them on blending them in to create an ombre effect. Whilst it was drying, I cut out a panel of black card using the Creative Expression Slimline Collection - Stitched Oval aperture trio die which cut within the card so if you want to use the panel itself you could cut it out to fit first. To make sure the ovals were in the right place on the background, I used the panel I had cut out, placed it over and added a dot in the middle of each of the ovals so I knew where to add them.
