Just for you. DL card - 365 day challenge
Hi Craft addicts! Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this DL card using a variety of Companies dies and papers. I decided to add a variety of coloured cardstock to some self adhesive paper to see what sort of effects I could create so first of all added strips of Purple, Green (both light and dark) and Yellow to it after removing the backing sheet. Once I was happy with it, I took the Slimline Starry Background die (designed by Sue Wilson) and placed it over the card and cut it out. I then removed all of the stars, removed the second backing sheet and stuck it to some of Lynda Chapman's black card. I also cut out the Decorative Rectangle Aperture die (again designed by Sue Wilson) and trimmed it so that it was slightly larger than the starry design and then glued them together, making sure that there was a narrow black border around it.
