   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is one that I have made from scratch using dies and stamps. I cut out two pieces of white cardstock (approx. 300gsm) using the largest of the Spellbinders Petit Picot edge dies and scored one of them about 3/4" at the top and added some Red Liner tape, removed the backing and stuck them together, making sure that they matched up. I had coloured a sunrise/sunset background using Ink Lily glimmer pens, let it dry and then cut it out using one of the smaller dies and attached it to the front of the card using a dotty pen from Crafter's Companion. I then cut another panel using a smaller die, this time just in white, and whilst it was in the die, coloured it in using Tim Holtz Distress Oxide inks (such as Walnut Stain) so that there was a white edge to the panel. Make a Wish This Christmas (Robin on branch) card -  Day 347 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! This is a really quick and easy card that I made last night - I have had various Pro marker alcohol pens for ages and wanted to see if they had dried out - but even though I bought them at least 6 or 7 years ago, most of them worked brilliantly! How I made this card:- I first of all stamped the Robin (Rockin Robin from Sweet Dixie) on to some white stamping card using Tuxedo Black Memento ink. I then used a selection of brown shades of Pro Marker pens to colour in the Robin - the way the stamp has been produced makes it easier to see where the shading should go. I then coloured in its' breast and berries in red, two shades of green for the holly and the brown again for the twigs and branches. Make a Wish .sunset hand coloured 7x5in cream card -  Day 271 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I am really pleased with the way this sunset has turned out - using Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolours - they are really rich and vibrant along with some stamps from Card-io and a Tattered Lace die. How I made this card:- I coloured a piece of white linen effect card (the back of a card I didn't use) using various Kuretake Gamsai Tambi paints - mainly black, reds, orange, yellow and green trying to create an atmospheric sunset. I love the effect that the linen effect card creates as it gives a textured feel to it and then once it was dry, the space at the top where I didn't totally cover it in paint looks like stars! It is best to leave it to dry naturally as the card doesn't bend so much and so once it was, I edged it with a black marker and then attached it to some more white linen effect card which I also edged in black. Make a Wish... Steampunk owl in silhouette on Mirri A6 card -  Day 234 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I really love this Steampunk Owl die from Tattered Lace and thought I would make another card using it and some Gold Mirri Card as a background - and here it is... How I made this card:- I first of all cut out the Steampunk Owl from Tattered Lace using Lynda Chapman's black card and made sure all the pieces had been removed. I then added it to a panel of brushed/matte gold Mirri card (measuring 70x140mm approx) using Midas Touch Sticky dots. When I was happy with it, I added some yellow alcohol marker to alternate feathers. I scored two lines at the top and bottom of an A6 white linen effect card using my Tattered Lace Mini score board and added 2 lines of narrow red liner tape and then added some silver holographic foil to it and burnished it down.
