Hi Craft addicts! Today's latest project is slightly different as it is a calendar for next year that I have made using a 7" x 5" landscape card,  dies and a stamp... I took a 7" x 5" white card (from Paper Boutique) - which was a landscape format but I scored the back side in the centre and folded it back and used PVA glue to stick it down to the front (if that makes sense!) I cut a small piece of scrap card and folded it to form a "W" and glued it inside the card so that it didn't collapse when you opened it. I then used a Spellbinders Petit Picot edged rectangle die and cut out the background using Paper Dienamics Metallinks card. I added the mini 2022 calendar to it using a Tape pen (you could use PVA glue but I like using the pen as it doesn't mark the card). Hi Craft addicts! Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is a Christmas card themed one using dies, stamps and alcohol markers. I rounded the corners of an A6 Kraft card (from Tonic Studios) using my Hunkydory punch. I then took a piece of white card, cut it to fit the front of the card and also rounded the corners of that too and attached it using a solid Tape pen (either Create & Craft or Crafter's Companion). I cut out the oval frame using Spellbinders Oval Petit Picot edged die in both the brown Metallink card (from Paper Dienamics) without the centre die and then again in white card, this time adding it so that I could use it to stamp on. I stamped the Snowman image (part of Crafter's Companion Wobblers collection) using Gina K Obsidian Black ink and coloured it in using alcohol markers. I then used some residue ink left on my blending brushes to colour its' background and then stuck it to the oval frame using the tape pen. I decided to attach it to one...

Today's latest card for my mini challenge within a challenge is this A7 card using dies, stamps and inks...       The card is once again from Hunkydory and I rounded the corners with one of their punches. I then took a piece of purple card/paper and fussy cut it to fit the front of the card and stuck it on the front using a tape pen rather than PVA glue. I used Creative Expressions Pixie powders to create the background by tapping some of their brilliant colours on to some watercolour card and spritzed it with some water and let it dry. Whilst that was happening I die cut the rectangle frame (medium sized one from Tonic Studios) several times in white card and glued them together. I then edged it with a black alcohol marker. I stamped out the balloons and bear on to some white cardstock using the Birthday bear boy collection from Crafter's Companion Gemini collection, again using Gina K Obsidian Black ink.   Hi Craft addicts! Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this card using dies, stamps and papers from a variety of companies... I used my Hunkydory corner punch from their Prism range to round the corners of this 7" x 5" white card (either from Hunkydory or Creative Crafting World). I had created the background some time ago using Creative Expressions Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Powders (mainly Green shades) - all you need to do is spritz some water on some cardstock, then tap the Pixie Powders on to it and allow it either dry naturally or use a heat gun.  I cut the main panel out from the above backgroun using the largest Petit Picot Edged die from Spellbinders. I then trimmed a piece of Green linen effect card to fit the mat layer and stuck it down using a tape pen - I didn't want to use a wet glue as I didn't want it to show through. I stamped the Tulip image from Sheena Douglass on to some of her Willow White card using a stamping platform and Gina K Obs...

   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this Poppy themed 7x5in card. I used a Hunkydory Prism punch to round the corners of a 7" x 5" landscape white card (from Paper Boutique) but decided to use it as a tent fold one instead. I then used one of the larger Rectangle Mini Lace dies from Tattered Lace and cut it out in Holographic Mirror card (from Kanban). I took a piece of Willow White card (from Sheena Douglass) and placed it in a stamping platform and then stamped the Poppy image (from Sheena's Tall & Elegant Refined stamp set) a couple of times to get a crisp image using Gina K Black Obsidian ink. I die cut the image using a slightly smaller die from the same Rectangle set and stuck it to the larger panel using a tape pen as I didn't want any glue seeping on to the Mirror card. I attached the completed panel on to the front of the card with some PVA glue, trying to leave a narrow border all the way around it. F...

  Hi Craft addicts!       Today's card for my 365 day challenge is one made totally from scratch - from the card itself to the stamping... I decided to make the card from scratch and so used one of the larger circle dies from Tattered Lace's Circle Mini Lace edge set and cut two out from Sheena Douglass's Willow White cardstock. I scored one of them about 3/4" down from the top using a scoreboard (my one of choice is Hunkydory's Adorable Scoreboard). I added some red liner tape to the above the score line, removed the backing and stuck the two together making sure they lined up properly. I cut out the House in silhouette die (Crafter's Companion Gemini Our Home pop up die) from Lynda Chapman's Black card and placed it on a piece of white card that I had coloured in using a variety of blending brushes with blue, yellow, and brown hybrid inks (Tim Holtz Distress Oxide, Aladine Izinks and Nuvo ink pads).   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this tall DL card I have made from scratch using dies and stamps.... I first of all took one of the larger Shabby Edge Tall rectangle dies from the Tattered Lace range and cut out two pieces of card (you need an A4 cutting machine to do this and I used my Kit n Caboodle Pro-cut). I scored one piece of the card about 3/4" from the top (down the long edge but you could do it at the top to make a tent fold version). I added some red liner tape, removed the backing and then placed them both together (making sure that they matched) to make the card. I took another of the Shabby Edge dies which was slightly smaller and cut out another rectangle, this time in this purple colour paper (from the World of Paper by Creative Crafting World) and stuck it to the front of the card using a solid tape pen.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is one made from scratch using dies and stamps... I used one of the larger Shabby Edge Circle dies from Tattered Lace and cut out two in Sheena Douglass Willow white card. I then scored about 3/4" down from the top of one of them (making sure that the bevelled edge is on the outside of the back one). I placed some red liner tape on the top part of the scored one, remove the backing and stuck the two together making sure they matched. Using another of the dies (two sizes smaller), I cut it out in some pale blue paper (from Paper Boutique range by Creative Crafting World) and then stuck it to the front of the card. I then used some of Lynda Chapman's Black Card to cut out another layer using the same die set.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is a card that could be a gift tag or card - the choice is yours! I first of all rounded the corners of a 4in white card using my Prism (Hunkydory) punch. I then took a piece of watercolour cardstock and coloured a background on it using a mix of Tim Holtz Distress Oxide and Izinks inks and spritzed it once happy with the effect and left it to dry. Once it was dry, I cut it out using the middle sized Circle die in the Petit Picot edge set from Spellbinders. I then stamped the sun on to it from Gemini's Into the Woods pop up die and stamp set and then cut out the main die using Lynda Chapman's Black card. I used a dotty tape pen to attach it to the front of the circle mat layer and stuck it to the front of the 4in card (tent fold) with either PVA glue or a tape pen.
