Door with butterflies and ivy mini pallet art wall hearing -  Day 131 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft Addicts! So for today's challenge I have used another set of the MDF mini pallet s from Stamps Away t o make this door wall hanging. I first of all glued the 4 pallets together using Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue leaving it to dry before each and then attached the smaller panels to give the effect of a door. Once it was all stuck properly, I then painted it with "Ivory" acyrlic paint from Nuvo , giving it a couple of coats making sure it was dry between each. I also painted the reverse side too. Once at was all done, I used the Tonic Studios " Beautiful Buckle " strip die to cut out a panel which I thought might look like a decorative embellishment and glued it to the "door". Elephant 4"stretch canvas -  Day 77 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! So for today's post, I have made this elephant themed canvas which I thought was quite fun! I first of all took a 4" (100mm) square canvas - this has been pretreated but I decided I wanted it in another colour so used Ivory Nuvo acrylic paint and covered it in a couple of coats allowing it to dry between each. I then cut out the Adorable elephants from Tonic Studios in black cardstock (I will use the smaller one in another project).  I also cut the border strip in Kraft coloured paper/card from the Pearl Borders Essential die collection from Tattered Lace. I also cut out the pink panel using my Brother Scan n Cu t (am getting slightly more adventurous now) Once the paint was dry, I stuck the pink panel on to it in the middle of it and then placed the Kraft border on top of it.
