  Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this tall DL card I have made from scratch using dies and stamps.... I first of all took one of the larger Shabby Edge Tall rectangle dies from the Tattered Lace range and cut out two pieces of card (you need an A4 cutting machine to do this and I used my Kit n Caboodle Pro-cut). I scored one piece of the card about 3/4" from the top (down the long edge but you could do it at the top to make a tent fold version). I added some red liner tape, removed the backing and then placed them both together (making sure that they matched) to make the card. I took another of the Shabby Edge dies which was slightly smaller and cut out another rectangle, this time in this purple colour paper (from the World of Paper by Creative Crafting World) and stuck it to the front of the card using a solid tape pen. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card is one I really enjoyed making... I used a base cream/ivory A6 card and rounded the corners of it using a Hunkydory Prism punch. I then cut out the backing layer using the Petit Picot Edge rectangle die from Spellbinders and coloured it in using reds/oranges and yellows Hybrid inks before removing it from the die. Once I was happy with the blending, I put it to one side whilst I made the topper. I stamped out the honey jar from the Bee-utiful collection from Crafter's Companion's Natures Garden range on to some white card using Gina K Obsidian Black ink. I coloured it in using Red and Yellow Spectrum Noir Tri-blenders which were slightly darker in colour to the background but still co-ordinated with it. I used my fingers to shape it a bit and added it to the background with foam pads (double in the centre so it was domed). Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is one uses stamps and dies from a variety of Companies.... I first of all stamped the Scribbly owl from Jane Gill's Woodware range on to some white stamping card using Gina K's Obsidian black ink.  I also added the Happy Birthday to you sentiment directly stamping it on to the topper. I then coloured it in using both Spectrum Noir Triblender markers (brown shades) along with some other colours for the eyes and flowers - you could of course colour it in using any media! I also used some of Tim Holtz's Salty Ocean Distress Oxide ink on a glass mat, spritzed it with some water and then added an edge to the design. I used the largest of the Petit Picot edge Rectangle dies from Spellbinders (I really love this design) and cut it out and then trimmed it slightly to give a different effect to the border.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is another floral one using stamps, dies, alcohol markers and pencils. I used the largest of the Spellbinders' Petit Picot edge rectangle die and cut it out in Ivory Crafter's Companion 300gsm card which is the weight I prefer as it gives it some stability. I made sure that there were no waste bits left and then attached it to some Green Metallinks card from Paper Dienamics and trimmed it so there was only a narrow border. I used a dotty tape pen so that the glue only stays where the card is and there is no residue in the spaces. I then made the base card using the largest of Lisa Horton's rectangle dies, cut two pieces in white, scored one of them at the top (about 3/4" down) and added some red liner tape to the inside of the card, removed the backing and attached the two together.    Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card is one using a variety of products from stamps to a guillotine... I used one of the 7" unscored cards that Red Button produce and scored it (using my Hunkydory Adorable Scoreboard) in the middle (7") and then again on the left hand side at 3.5" and scored them to create a Z fold card. I stamped the floral image and sentiment out on to some white stamping card (they are both from Honey Doo Crafts Floral Reasons set) using Gina K Obsidian Black ink and coloured it in using Spectrum Noir Illustrator alcohol markers. I then used the largest square stitched dies from Toni Darroch's Stamp by Me Star Stitching set to cut it out (some of the stamped image did get cropped) and then edged it with a black alcohol marker. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is a Congratulations card using stamps and alcohol markers.... I took the Scented Blooms stamp from a Jane Gill collection in the Woodware range from Creative Expressions and stamped it on to some white card using Gina K Obsidian Black ink as it is a hybrid ink and can be used for both watercolours and alcohol inks. I then used Spectrum Noir pastel alcohol markers to colour the flowers in - I decided to use pink, yellow and lilac colours as I wanted it to look a bit Spring like.  Once I was happy with them, I then coloured the leaves in with a couple of Green Tri-blender markers again from Spectrum Noir and fussy cut around the whole image. For the background I used various watercolour inks and also Cosmic Shimmer Neon Green polish along with adding some a Green/gold Glimmer pen from Ink Lily to the darker part of it and let it dry. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card was a very simple one to make but good to look at! I first of all took one of the unscored 30cm square cards and used my Hunkydory Scoreboard and creased it at 7.5cm and then 22.5cm and folded them to form a gatefold card. I then rounded the corners using the Prism Hunkydory punch.  The Drum kit background is from the Monochromatic collection by Paper Dienamics and I cut two panels approximately 2.5" each and rounded the corners with a corner punch.  I used a bright pink Spectrum Noir Triblender to colour some of the drum sets in on each of the panels and then stuck it to a slightly larger panel of Gold Mirror card using a tape pen. There is a co-ordinating set of panels from the Paper Dienamics collection and I coloured the drum set again in the matching bright pink marker and added some pale blue Tim Holtz Distress Oxide inks to soften the tone.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is a different one for me as I was playing with a different shaped card. You need two DL cards which you use with the fold at the top. I first of all scored one of them down the middle of the front of the card using my Hunkydory's Adorable Scoreboard and folded it back on itself. I took two pieces of the wood effect paper (I know various companies sell this in different pads but you could also score it at equal distances using a scoreboard and then used Distress Oxide inks in different shades of brown to create the same effect). I used some Fired Brick Distress Oxide and edged the paper and then glued it to the back of the card with some PVA glue. I used the Swirling Elephants stamps from a collection from Gemini's range from Crafters Companion and stamped them at either end of the card.  I then coloured them in with a grey Spectrum Noir Tri-blend marker. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is a cute A6 card using Unicorns as the theme... The background papers are dual toned papers from Hunkydory so cut a panel of the lavender to fit the front of an A6 white card and then a smaller one in the lavender and white striped paper and stuck them to each other and then made a smaller panel of the same papers and attached it to the left hand side of the panel. I then glued the whole thing to the card with some PVA glue. Using the two unicorn stamps, butterfly and rainbow from the Twirling Unicorns stamp and die set from the Gemini range from Crafter's Companion and stamped them out on to some white card using Gina K Obsidian Black ink and then added the sentiment to the bottom of the image. I coloured them in using Triblend alcohol markers again from Crafter's Companion Spectrum Noir range and then added some Blue China Distress Oxide Inks to give it some background.
