  Hi Craft addicts! Today's latest mini challenge is this set of 4 different A7 cards using dies, stamps and hand coloured backgrounds. All the cards are A7  and come with matching envelopes and you can get them from Hunkydory and all the corners have been punched in a variety of ways using a Kit n Caboodle punch (apart from the bottom one which hasn't been) Card 1 (Top left) I cut out the Balloon and rabbit out (Woodland Celebrations dies from Sizzix) using both Lynda Chapman's Black card and Sheena Douglass Willow White card. I added the white part of the balloon to give the impression of a shadow towards the top left using a Tape pen. I had created a background using pastel hybrid inks (Tim Holtz Distress Oxide, Crafter's Companion Harmony and Nuvo ink pads). cut it out using a stitched effect die and stuck a narrow panel to the left hand side of the card and trimmed it to fit.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge turned out so much better than I thought it would do! I took a 7" x 5" white card top fold (from Paper Boutique by Creative Crafting World) and used a punch from Hunkydory's Prism range to round the corners (my latest favourite thing to do!). I used dies from Creative Expressions Slimline collection (the two Stitched Oval aperture trio ones) and cut the main one in Lynda Chapman's Black card and then the smaller one in white and placed them on top of each other so the white showed through the holes. I trimmed them both so the white card didn't show and then edged the panel with a black alcohol marker. I had previously created this background using the Summer collection of Ink Lily Glimmer pens (it is a shame you can't see the gold glitter effect they create) and stuck it behind the panel with PVA glue. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this slightly different Hallowe'en 4" card using dies and stencils... I first of all took a 4" white card (from Paper Boutique or Hunkydory) and rounded the corners with a Hunkydory Prism Punch. I then took a piece of Willow White cardstock (from Sheena Douglass) and placed a Woodware abstract design stencil over it and coloured through it with a variety of inks - reds, yellows, blues to create this vibrant background. I cut it down to fit the front of the card leaving a very narrow border around it and then edged it with a black alcohol marker. I stuck it to the card with some PVA glue. Using the Witch, Broom and Bat dies from Tim Holtz's Toil and Trouble set from Sizzix, I cut them out in Lynda Chapman's Black card along with the spider's web from a Tattered Lace die.   Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is a simple but striking one that turned out a lot better than I thought it would! I rounded the corners of a 7x5in white card (from Hunkydory) using one of their punches. For the background/topper, I took a piece of white card and blended a variety of Hybrid inks (I used Tim Holtz Distress Oxide, Nuvo Safari Green and Aladine Izinks ink pads) until I was happy with it and trimmed it to fit the Butterfly and flowers Embossing folder from Sizzix and ran it through my Big Shot. I decided to use the Butterfly for another project and so attached the background to some of Lynda Chapman's Black card and trimmed it to fit. I then used the largest die from Crafter's Companion Gemini Inner Scalloped rectangle set and cut it out in the same black card and used a Dotty tape pen to stick it to the main topper.
