Love is in the Air cute couple with heart balloon red card -  day 36 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! So it is nearly 10% way through my challenge - day 36 of my 365 day challenge and as Valentine's Day is nearly upon us, I decided to make this one... How I made this card:- First of all I cut out 3 different circles all with Tattered Lace dies - 2 have scalloped edges (the black and gold ones), each slightly larger than the other. I stuck the black one on top of the gold Mirri circle using a tape runner pen trying to make sure that there was equal border around it. I then stamped the boy and girl on to the bottom part of the white circle using Onyx Black Versafine ink and then coloured them in using alcohol markers - I decided to leave the hair slightly undone to give it a different effect.  Using Versafine ink again, I then stamped the string and balloon and coloured the balloon in this time using Zig Clean Color pens. Dandelion clock Thank you card -  Day 35 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft Addicts! Today's card (day 35 of my 365 day challenge) is a slightly different Thank You card which has been made using embossing powder on black card. How I made this card:- I first of all used some Versamagic ink and stamped the dandelion clock (from Sweet Dixie) on to some black card and then used some Seafoam White embossing powder and heat set it. Once it was ready, I cut it out leaving a narrow border around it and coloured the centre in using a bright blue alcohol marker as it matched (almost) the colour of the sentiment which is from Kanban. I then used the corner stamp in the same set and embossed them on opposite corners using the same embossing powder. I stuck the dandelion clock on the left hand side using a tape pen. It's been too long Dachshunds in love...DL Kraft card -  Day 7 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft Addicts! Afternoon folks - today is day 7 of my challenge and this time I have used the Happy Birthday Sausage stamp set from the For the Love of Stamps collection by Hunkydory. How I made this card:- I got these stamps some time ago and this is the first card I have made with it.. There are the two facing dachshunds as part of the set so I stamped them on to some stamping card using Versafine Onyx Black and whilst they were still dry, used some clear embossing powder to emboss them.  I coloured the dogs in using shades of brown alcohol markers trying to give them some different colours to them. I then added the 3 hearts using the tiny heart in the set and stamped them using red Tim Holtz Distress inks. As it is such a small stamp, I just used my finger to stamp them.
