Hi Craft addicts! I think this is a really fun card (it is a white card honest!) using a Hedgehog stamp and some Nesting dies... I cut out the nesting dies using the larger one for the Purple card and a smaller one for the white card and glued them together using PVA glue. I then used Potters Clay Memento ink to stamp the Hedgehog image on to the middle of the white card - the Hedgehog is part of the Animal collection from Sweet Dixie and is really great to stamp with. I didn't bother to colour it in as I thought it looked great as it is. I then used Gina K Obsidian Black ink to stamp the Well Done sentiment from the same set in each corner. Finally, I added some black Nuvo drops to opposite corners. Together... silver Mirri steampunk cogs hand coloured C6 window aperture card - Day 208 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card is a quick and easy one (as it is the weekend and it is slightly cooler today) using Tattered Lace dies, heat embossing and Craftwork Cards Candi... How I made this card.... I first of all cut a piece of Kraft card to fit inside an C6 white round aperture card and glued it to the back of the front of the card (if that makes sense). I then stuck the flap to the front of the card making sure it was the right way using a mix of finger lift tape and a wet glue. I cut out the Steampunk cogs out of silver Mirri card (they are Tattered Lace dies) and coloured them using Pink, Purple, Blue and Green alcohol markers. I left them to dry as I didn't want to smudge them. I attached them to the front of the card using Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue . Life is beautiful Crane and reeds C6 card -  Day 199 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I was a bit late posting this on Instagram today but here is how I made this pretty card using a Tattered Lace die.... How I made this card:- I first of all die cut the Tattered Lace Crane and reeds Oriental image out of white card (you would need an A5 and above cutting machine to do this). I then attached it to a piece of Kraft card and cut it so that there wasn't any border around it. I coloured the Crane in pink using my Chameleon pencils and edged round the panel using a black alcohol marker. I attached the whole thing to a pre scored C6 Adorable Scorable cream/ivory card using some Collall All Purpose glue. I then stamped out the sentiment Life is Beautiful (I think it is from a Stamps by Me set) with Rare Earth Clear Glass ink on to some black card, added some Pure White Embossing powder and set it with my Heat gun. Let's get into the birthday spirit... C6 white card -  Day 188 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I hope you aren't too hot (silly question I bet)... anyway, for day 188 of my 365 day challenge I have made this cheerful card using some scraps of paper from Craftwork Cards, Tattered Lace dies and For The Love of Stamps from Hunkydory... How I made this card:- I first of all cut out the label tag shape using a Tattered Lace die with some white stamping card. I then stamped the two bottles on either side of the tag using Versafine Onyx Black ink and coloured them in using a couple of alcohol markers (I have just noticed that I went over the line on one of them) and then used a grey one for the bottle top and label. I also added the sentiment in the middle of them (deliberately at a wonky angle. Using a pinky/orange dye based ink,  I then coloured the rest of the tag in. Love anchors the soul - sea scene with lighthouse C6 card -  Day 182 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I know I shouldn't be complaining but I do think it is a bit hot now and so I  have made this sea scene as that is where I would like to be right now! How I made this card:- I first of all I created a sea scene at sunrise or sunset using Tattered Angels Color Wash paints. I tried to reflect the sun on the waves by mirroring what I did at the top on the bottom. I then used some paper to mask off both most of the panel leaving a small area (at an angle) and coloured through it using True Graphite Altenew ink to create the land. I added some shadows to under the land and in the waves with some alcohol markers and then added some white gel pen to some of them to create the "foam". We Stand Together trio of flowers using Tattered Lace dies -  Day 178 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Well I am melting a touch here today but it is day 178 of my challenge and I made this card last night using stamps and die cuts. How I made this card:- I first of all cut out 2 lots of leaves using a Tattered Lace die (think from the Forest Pines collection) in green thin card or paper. I then coloured them with a green alcohol marker, used a darker one to highlight the veins and stalk and then coloured over them all again with the lighter green. I then cut out a smaller frond (again from Tattered Lace) in a different colour green and glued them all on to the front of a white C6 card using Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue - you could also die-cut them using Wild Spider adhesive roll on the back. A flower does not think....just bloom hand coloured C6 card - Day 176 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I am really enjoying the effect stamping with an embossing ink, using white embossing powder and then colouring makes and this is one that I made last night. How I made this card:- I first of all decided that I would not have a panel on the front of the card and stamp directly on to it. I therefore used Rare Earth Clear Glass Speciality Embossing Powder to stamp the "If flowers... bloom" large sentiment on to it and covered it with True White Cosmic Shimmer Embossing Powder, removed the excess and embossed it with my heat gun. Once it was cool and I had made sure all of it had been embossed, I coloured over it using a variety of dye based inks - from Altenew (Greens, Reds, Orange and Yellow) and Tim Holtz's Mowed Lawn blending them all into each other so that it looked seamless. Hello... flowers and leaves with foil C6 landscape card -  Day 175 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! This is a quick and easy card to make that uses Hunkydory For The Love of Stamps, some inks and some foil... How I made this card:- This is a C6 white linen effect card which I have used with the fold at the top. I first of all used a cloud shaped template (from Pinflair) and coloured a panel (again white linen effect card) with blue Tim Holtz Distress inks. I then stamped the Hello sentiment in the middle of it with a paler blue ink (from Altenew). I stamped the flowers (from a Hunkydory For The Love of Stamps set) in red either side of the Hello and then the leaves in Parrot Altenew ink around it. I also added 4 leaves to the blue part with True Graphite Altenew ink.
