Happy Birthday Sausage - Dachshund and friends on a narrow DL card -  Day 103 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I found these die-cuts stashed away and decided that they would make a great birthday card (with the help of a stamp from For The Love of Stamps for the sentiment). How I made this card:- I had cut out the dog and cat out of white card (from some Tattered Lace dies) and the Dachshund too (I think it was from a Trimcraft or First Editiion die). I coloured them in using Spectrum Noir alcohol markers - brown, tan and dark brown for the Dachshund, the same for the dog and grey tones for the cat. I then coloured some of Craftwork Cards brick style paper/card with Tea Dye Tim Holtz Distress and Dark Chocolate Altenew ink pads sliding them across the paper to give it a different effect. Hello - duo of Dachshunds - hand coloured DL Kraft card -  Day 251 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! For today's card, I have used a mix of hand colouring using Distress inks and colours along with die cuts. The result I think is really good fun and would make a lovely card for someone just to say Hi! To make the background - I first of all cut out a piece of white stamping card and coloured a "landscape" scene using Generation INX "Green G01" and "Blue B01!", Tim Holtz "Mowed Lawn" distress ink and other blue/green shades, I also added a touch of black Memento ink to make the clouds a bit more noticeable. I then cut it to fit the card (it measures 140x95mm ) and edged it in black alcohol markers. Best Wishes A6 Kraft card - Trio of cute dachshunds on acetate -  Day 195 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! I really love this cute topper which comes from the "Fab Fabrics" card making kit from Craftwork Cards and thought the colour scheme would work really well with Kraft card. I first of all cut a panel of "leafy " acetate (from Hunkydory ) to fit the front of the card and attached it to the front of an A6 Kraft Card (from DoCrafts Papermania) using some narrow red liner tape on the left hand edge. I then added some narrow "Hessian" strips to the top and bottom of the acetate using a hot glue gun (mine is from Tonic Studios and is gr eat). I then added the "Dachshund" topper to the centre of the acetate using some foam pads to lift it a bit. Congratulations or Celebrations Dachshund with balloons 6" square card -  Day 166 of my 366 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card is a fun and cheerful card which could be used for both a birthday or wishing someone congratulations ! You can buy pre-embossed cards so I am using one of the ones with a really pretty daisy style on the front (I think it is a Hunkydory one but could be mistaken) - you could of course also emboss your own card if you prefer!! I used some Red Generation INXS inks (RA01 ) and coloured the front of the card, using more on the opposite corners to darken it slightly as I didn't want the card to be totally white. I then glued the main patterned frame from the Hunkdory topper just slightly off centre using Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue.
