  Hi Craft addicts!       Today's latest handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this one using Stamps by Me products along with Hybrid inks... I rounded the corners of a 6" white card using a Hunkydory punch. I then cut a piece of teal Metalinks card (from Paper Dienamics) to fit the card leaving a narrow border around it and then rounded the corners of that too. I followed the instructions of the Stamps by Me Abstract Tulips layering stencils (from 1-4) using a variety of colours for each layer starting with the lightest solid image right up to the darkest outline style one last of all. I also used the little snowflake/star stamp and stamped it all around the image using Gina K Obsidian Black ink. When I was happy with the result, I rounded the corners and stuck it to the teal card and attached both to the front of the card. Hi Craft addicts!   Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is this fun card inspired by a video I saw from Gina K Designs on You Tube... I took a piece of white card and added the squares to it directly using a variety of ink pads from Aladine's Izinks - not being too worried that some of them were quite juicy and added a bit more colour in the corner. I left it to dry and then placed it on to a stamping platform and taped it down. I placed the abstract flower (from Dylusions toadstool stamp collection) on to the design, picked it up and inked it with Gina K Obsidian Black ink and pressed down. I did this a couple of times as I wanted the silhouettes to really stand out. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card for my 365 day challenge is one using just stamps, dye based inks and a corner punch! I first of all took a piece of white stamping card (so many companies now produce this but I use either Sheena Douglass Willow White Card, Hunkydory Stamp/Ink me cardstock or Tonic Studios Craft Perfect) and placed it in a stamping platform, taping it down. I then placed the flower stamp (from the Beautiful Blooms set from Honey Doo Crafts) in one corner and stamped it using Gina K Obsidian Black ink. I repeated the process, rotating the card by 90 degrees each time. Once I had stamped it in each corner, I then stamped it once again in the centre. I then used the smaller of the leaves stamps and inked it with a dark green (Emerald) dye-based ink from Izink (Aladine) and then stamped it in between each of the flowers. Hi Craft addicts!       Today's handmade card is a Birthday Card using a variety of great products.... I first of all took a piece of white card and used mainly Pink, Orange and Yellow Neon Polishes from Cosmic Shimmer (Creative Expressions) to create the background which i then left to dry for a bit. I placed the Cheetah (animal) print stencil from Thirsty Brush over it and coloured the background with Obsidian Black ink from Gina K. (I taped the stencil down as I didn't want the ink to get into the wrong places). I very carefully took the stencil away making sure not to smudge the print effect and again left it to dry for a bit. I then attached it to some of Lynda Chapman's Black card with PVA glue and then rounded the corners with the punch from Hunkydory's Prism Range - or of course you could use a die to cut the mat layer out. Happy Christmas Penguins and Igloo square card Hi Craft addicts! I like using a variety of Companies when making my projects and this card is no exception! How I made this project:- This is a 5in white square card (which are available from a variety of Companies such as Hunkydory, Creative Crafting World and so on). I have had this A4 pad of a variety of Tartan papers for ages and so cut a strip (approximately 2" wide) and attached it to the left hand side of the card using PVA glue. I then stamped out two of the Penguins and the Igloo from Lisa Horton's Penguin Fun stamp set from Creative Expressions using Gina K's Black Amalgam ink on to some white stamping card. I coloured them in using alcohol markers (both Hunkydory's Prism and Spectrum Noir) and cut them out close to the edge, which I then coloured in with a Black alcohol marker. Cracker Season's Greetings Christmas square card Hi Craft addicts! This is a slightly more complicated card (well for me it is) but had great fun making it - see below as to how I made it.... How I made this project:- You need two 5" square cards to make this card - and to start with you need to stick the left hand flap of one of them on top of the right hand flap of the second - I used PVA glue as it grabs relatively quickly. Once it was dry, I then opened it out and cut the flaps diagonally from the top left to bottom right hand corners - reversing it for the right hand flap. I measured the inside of the card and cut out a panel of the yellow tartan paper (from an old Craftstyle A4 pad I have had for ages) and then added a piece of Mustard Yellow paper in the middle of it so there is somewhere to write your message. Cat on Laundry hand coloured square card -  Day 312 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today is a fun hand coloured cat themed card for day 312 of my 365 day challenge using Chameleon pens. How I made this card:- I first of all used one of the cute pre printed images from one of the Prism colouring books (they are approximately 5" square. I coloured the cat and laundry in using a variety of Chameleon pens (this is the first time I have used them and have still SO much to learn as to their use). Once I was happy with the colouring, I then used some ink daubers with the ink that was left on them to colour the floor and wall (blue and yellow). I attached this to some coppery/gold paper and trimmed it so there was a narrow border around it. I then edged the whole thing with a black alcohol marker. Finally, I stuck the entire topper on the front of a 6" white card with some PVA glue. I also added some Ebony Black Nuvo drops And there you are  a card...

Sent with Love - monochrome heart design card -  Day 302 of my 365 day challenge  Hi Craft addicts! I have been trying to use up some die-cuts that I had previously cut out and this one is a card using Tonic Studios dies. How I made this card:- I used one of the heart dies that Tonic Studios brought out ages ago, the main ornate frame in cream linen effect card and the ornate heart in black card. Tonic Studios also produced a duo set of a stamp and die and I first of all stamped the heart on white linen card and then die cut it. I then coloured it in using red and green alcohol markers. I glued the main frame on to some black card and trimmed around it leaving a narrow border. I attached the smaller hand coloured heart on to the black heart and glued both of them on to the main panel. I then stuck the whole thing on to a 6" white card using a wet glue. Just to say... happy birthday butterflies z-fold card -  Day 266 of my 365 day challenge Hi Craft addicts! Today's card is a Z-fold Birthday card using butterflies as the main focal point from Memory Box, Heffy Doodle and For The Love of Stamps... How I made this card:- I cut out the Butterfly trio (from a Memory Box die) in black card (from Lynda Chapman's World of Paper) and attached it to a piece of silver (or gold) Matte  Mirri card. I then made a Z-fold card (130mm) by folding the front back on itself and used my bone folder to smooth the crease down. I must admit that I made a mistake with the next bit but think I sorted it out... I had stamped the Just to say sentiment (from For The Love of Stamps) out directly on to the card but it smudged, so to save it, I added some wide Ultra Strong red liner tape over it and then placed some gold holographic foil (from Thermaweb) over it and burnished it to fix it. Once that was done, I stamped the same sentiment...
