Happy Christmas Penguins and Igloo square card
Happy Christmas Penguins and Igloo square card
Hi Craft addicts!
I like using a variety of Companies when making my projects and this card is no exception!
How I made this project:-
- This is a 5in white square card (which are available from a variety of Companies such as Hunkydory, Creative Crafting World and so on).
- I have had this A4 pad of a variety of Tartan papers for ages and so cut a strip (approximately 2" wide) and attached it to the left hand side of the card using PVA glue.
- I then stamped out two of the Penguins and the Igloo from Lisa Horton's Penguin Fun stamp set from Creative Expressions using Gina K's Black Amalgam ink on to some white stamping card.
- I coloured them in using alcohol markers (both Hunkydory's Prism and Spectrum Noir) and cut them out close to the edge, which I then coloured in with a Black alcohol marker.
- I stuck the Igloo and smaller of the Penguins down with PVA glue and then attached the larger one to the right hand side of the card using some foam pads.
- I stamped the Happy Christmas sentiment out, cut around it and stuck it to the top left hand corner using PVA glue.
- Finally, I used the Snowflake stamp and added some to the space above the Penguin using Tim Holtz's Salty Ocean Distress inks.
