Cosy Christmas snowy village in jar 7x5in Kraft Card

Cosy Christmas snowy village in jar 7x5in Kraft Card

Hi Craft addicts!

Well I am back using Blogger for a while to see if there is any difference in the take up - here is a quick and easy Christmas card I made using Hunkydory and Sweet Dixie products.

How I made this card:-
  • I first of all took a piece of white card and used the largest die within the Holly die set from Sweet Dixie to cut it out.
  • I then took a red alcohol marker to colour in the berries (you can see where they should be in the die cut.
  • I decided to leave the rest of it white and so stuck it to the front of a 7" x 5" Kraft card using some PVA glue - you could of course use a wet glue, tape pen or fingerlift tape.
  • I then used the rectangle Snowy Cottage scene topper from one of Hunkydory's previous Christmas collections and added it to the centre of the card, this time with foam pads.
As I said, this is a very quick and easy card to make that I hope you will find useful - if you think it is better to have the blog directly on my website do let me know!!
