Happy birthday personalised floral and lattice 7" x 10" card - Day 203 of my 366 day challenge
Happy birthday personalised floral and lattice 7" x 10" card -
Day 203 of my 366 day challenge
Hi Craft addicts!
So, for today's challenge, I have chosen a birthday card that I made for my daughter this year as it combines dies and electronic cutting in its' making...which you can buy now on my website.by just clicking on the button on the right!
I first of all cut out two Tattered Lace Lattice chain panels, one in red and the other in white and glued the first one on to the front of the card and slightly offset the white so you can still see some of the red behind it.
I then went into CANVAS (Brother Scan n Cut's online design app) and added the 2 flower designs (the black and the white ones in the card) and then added an offset frame for one of them. I also used the alphabets function and added the "Happy Birthday!" and the word "Tiffy" (on 12" x 12" cardstock) and cut them all out 3 times - again in red, black and white (which I had welded in CANVAS)
Once cut out, I then added the black flower and then the white one to the first layer (red solid flower shape) and glued it to the centre of the card. I realised that it needed something else so found this lovely white button and glued it to the middle of it.
I then glued the "Happy birthday!" sentiment to the top of the card and then layered the word "Tiffy" in black, white and last of all red.
And there you are....a really simple but fun card to wish someone a happy birthday! You can buy it here Don't forget you can visit my website The Handmade Crafts Shop to see what else I have for sale.
