Rabbits in wooden style frames 7" square card - Day 94 of my 366 day challenge
Rabbits in wooden style frames 7" square card -
Day 94 of my 366 day challenge
HI Craft addicts!
I hope you are all having a great weekend!
Here is my latest card for my challenge - this time using the rabbit images from the lovely "Enchanted Woodland" card making kit from Cratwork Cards!
I had been using some Tim Holtz Distress ink pads (yellow, green, blue and red) and thought it would make a great background for these images.
So I first of all, added the round topper on to a pre cut deckle edged white hammered card panel and edged it in black alcohol marker.
I then added that to my hand coloured background and cut it to make a narrow frame and again edged it in black.
The smaller rabbit (or hare - I am not sure which one it is), is cut out from one of the 8" papers in the pad that comes with the collection. I added it to some black and then some Kraft coloured card and again edged that in black too.
For the main background image, I took one of the 8" papers and cut it into a "rounded edged square" using my Brother Scan n Cut and stuck it to the main card. I then glued the main panel in the left hand corner and added some thin foam pads (from Hunkdory) to the smaller one and placed it in the right hand corner. I also used my Nuvo crystal drops to make some black "pearls" in the top right and bottom left corners.
I used the rest of the deer image 8" paper to make an insert for the card so it ties in with the front of the card.
And there you are a card that is easy to make but doesn't look like it...you can buy it on my website here
