Butterfly on an alphabet background with flowers A6 card - Day 231 of my 365 day challenge
Butterfly on an alphabet background with flowers A6 card -
Day 231 of my 365 day challenge
Hi Craft addicts!
I have made this card using a mix of dies and stamps and is my latest project for day 231 of my 365 day challenge.
How I made this card:-
- I first of all cut out the butterfly (from Tattered Lace) in white card and then coloured it in using some green and yellow alcohol markers.
- I then stamped the alphabet letters on to a pre cut oval white card (from Hunkydory), this time using a mix of purple and maroon Tim Holtz Distress inks and once dry stuck it to the co-ordinating silver mat.
- I also cut out another oval (this time a lacy scallop die from Spellbinders) in purple card and glued the topper on to that using Collall All purpose glue.
- Using a mini score board, I scored 3 rows on the right hand side of an A6 white card (this time from the inside so it was embossed rather than debossed).
- I then stamped some flowers (from Rare Earth) co-ordinating it with the alphabet stamp by using the Purple and Red Distress Inks.
- I placed the butterfly on to a flower shaped layer cut out in black and stuck it to the card front.
And there you are a card that is very easy to make and would make a lovely card to send to that special person.
