All My Love.. Wolf Card Challenge 7

All My Love...May all your dreams come true..
Hi Craft addicts!
So, I am now reaching the last few cards that I have made from the Moonlight (Wolf) Cardmaking Kit from Pollyanna Pickering which Creative Crafting World produced. If you want to buy the kit, the link to their site is at the end of this blog..(but I hope you will read it before you scroll down..)
There are now a few small toppers left and 2 cards (1 of each size) and for this card I used the 8" square card and the square topper with the purple border. There aren't any sentiments left so have used a die-cut one fro the front and a stamped one for the inside (using my own design of insert again).
To start with I added the topper on to a matt of linen effect cream card (approx 12cm) at an angle and then using some black card (more of my own stock) I used a Tonic die for a shaped aperture (10.5cm) (the aperture just covers the original frame) and stuck it on to the cream card and topper.
Whilst this was drying, I used a strip (10x20cm) of the script backing paper and glued it to the bottom of the card (I decided this would be a tent style card with the "spine" at the top). I also added some of the patterned black onyx We R Memory Washi tape to the top (again it is good cover up if you have a wobbly edge to the backing paper!).
I had been looking through some of the die cut shapes I had already got and saw the "All My Love" heart (Affection Dies), so glued the black outline (not the right one but from the same series) on to the red heart which I thought stood out. I also added some raffia to "hang" it from before adding a smaller cream heart (on matching cream linen cardstock) to it. I had 2 of the "All My Love" hearts (one black/one Kraft) and slightly offset the Kraft one to the black so it looked like a shadow. I used Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue on these as it can be directed to even the thinnest parts and it dries clear too if you miss!
Once all dry, I stuck the heart to the bottom right hand corner at a slight angle making sure that the raffia loop was loose. After this, I then attached the cream topper to the top part with a little bit of it hanging over the edge (as the envelope is a lot larger than the card itself this isn't such a problem) using Stix2 foam pads. Thinking it looked a little "bare", I added some Tonic Studios Crystal drops (Navy Blue and Antique Rose) around all edges of the cream and just Antique Rose on the black. I also added some to the white space (right hand corner) and some to the left to balance it out.
And now to the insert! - Again, I used Serif Craft Artist Professional 2 to design it using one of the fantastic Wolf images that are on the Pollyanna Pickering wildlife DVDroms and designed a background to go with it. this time - using a window effect frame so it looks as if you are looking out to it. If you would like me to design something, why not just get in touch with me and I will see what I can do (Licence etc permitting of course). I then printed it out on to good quality paper (7" square approximately) and stuck it to the centre of the inside. I also used a sentiment (May all your DREAMS come true) from Crafter's Companion and stamped it in the middle of the card.
And there you are - another card made using the great Howling (Wolf) Cardmaking kit from Pollyanna Pickering that Creative Crafting World sells (along with some additional images from the DVD) - Oh yes, as there was a bit of the script backing paper left, I cut 2 strips (approx 2cm) and added them to the envelope to match the card.
As with all these cards, any that sell I will donate 50% of the sale (this card costs £4.50 inc p&p) to the Ethiopian Wolf Conservation Programme (EWCP).
