Yellow tulips - For you 7" x 5" card - Day 78 of my 366 day challenge
Yellow tulips (hand coloured) - For you 7" x 5" card -
Day 78 of my 366 day challenge
Hi Craft addicts!
I am continuing on with the Spring like theme and this time have made this 7" x 5" card with tulips as the main focal point.
I have again used one of the Nature Color cards from Chameleon and have coloured it using yellow, red and green alcohol markers (from both Tonic Studios and Spectrum Noir). They blend really well and have made the tulips a lovely colour.
As I thought it would stand out more, I cut around it and backed it with some black cardstock. I also painted the flower heads with Spectrum Noir Glitter brush pens (the clear one)
I then glued it on to the card in the middle using Collall All purpose glue. i then cut out 2 "For You" sentiments in black and white and "offset" them to give a shadow effect and stuck it on the right hand bottom corner.
I also added some Tonic Studios Nuvo gold coloured Crystal drops to soften the card and added a "On your special day" embossed sentiment inside the card.
You can buy this on my website here I think it will make a lovely card to give to someone!
