Easter bunny or hare in silhouette - double easel card - Day 83 of my 366 day challenge
Easter bunny or hare in silhouette - double easel card -
Day 83 of my 366 day challenge
Hi Craft addicts!
I haven't made many Easter cards this year but thought the rabbits/hares from the Shadows and Silhouettes topper kit from Kanban would make a good one. This is a great kit as there are a lot of toppers which can be used for many different occasions.
Anyway, I attached the two shaped toppers on to a double easel card, first of all making sure that they were in the right position when it opened. The shape of them make them easy to do that as they fit perfectly!
Once I had done that I used the pink strip that was included on the topper sheet and placed it on the inside of the card raising it up with some foam pads so that it allowed the panels to stand up properly. I then cut out the word "Easter" in pink cardstock using the pre stored images in the Brother Scan n Cut and placed it on some black card and cut round it to give it a shaped border and added it to the middle of the card using some foam pads.
This card, could in fact be used for any occasion as you don't have to include the "Easter" inside.
