Ladybird (my own design) A5 landscape Congratulatons card - Day 63 of my 366 day challenge
Ladybird (my own design) A5 landscape Congratulatons card -
Day 63 of my 366 day challenge
So, this is my first new card using my original ladybird design. i think this is a fun and cheerful one and here is how I made it.
First of all, I printed off my design on to white, thin cardstock and coloured the border in red and yellow, using Spectrum Noir alcohol markers. I then stuck it to a black scalloped edged mat (this is American Craft cardstock which I cut out using my Brother Scan n Cut.
I then glued it to the left hand side of the A5 linen card (tent fold style) and added some Black Crystal drops from Nuvo (Tonic Studios) - 5 on the bottom left hand and 3 on the right hand corners.
I cut a strip of hessian the length of the card and glued it using my Tonic Hot glue gun. I then added 3 small heart pink buttons at regular intervals.
For the insert, I designed it in CAP2 and took it into Microsoft Publisher and added the torn paper frame and printed it out.and stuck it to the inside of the card.
And there you are - my first new card which i think is fun and cheerful - Don't forget - You can buy this and other similar products on my website here - I will be producing a kit of this soon.so why not sign up to receive my regular newsletter by emailing me here
