Ship in a bottle - Happy birthday card
Day 48 of my 366 day challenge
Hi Craft addicts!
So for something a bit different for day 48 of my 366 day challenge. This is a card that I have made using stamps and inks.Am really quite pleased with it so here's how I made it...
I then used the striped fish and Happy birthday sentiment stamps from Craftwork Cards "Take it easy" clear stamp set to decorate the corners and sides.
I then used the small ship and the bottle and stamped them on to a Tattered Lace Pearl Pin dot oval die cut (in white card) using Black Onyx Memento dye ink pad.
Using the same blue dye inks to match the card. I also stamped the "Happy birthday" sentiment on a smaller one at the same time and again coloured it.
Once the ink was dry, I placed the topper on the card using some foam pads to give it some dimension. I used the Xyron 3" Disposable Sticker Maker and placed the smaller oval in the centre of the card. I also used a clear Crafter's Companion Sparkle pen and added it to the bottle.
The envelope has a fish motif on the flap of the envelope.
