Evening landscape with trees in picture frame - Day 60 of my 366 day challenge
Evening landscape with trees in picture frame
Day 60 of my 366 day challenge
Hi Craft addicts!
So for this my latest blog, I am writing about my latest "landscape" I have hand coloured and hand stamped and then put in a picture frame.
To make this project, I first of all placed some Spectrum Noir Aqua markers randomly over a piece of watercolour card.
As you can see, i used purples, pinks, blues, greens predominately as they make for a really atmospheric scene.
I then spritzed it with some water so it started merging into each colour and then dabbed some of it off using some kitchen roll. I then left it to dry fully.
Once dry, I then added some trees to the bottom of the card using the "Trees, Birds and Moonshadow" stamps from Clarity Stamps. I also added some of the birds and the moon image from the same set.
I then placed it in the wooden frame - I was going to decorate the frame but thought it looked better just plain.
And there you are.. another idea for a gift or just to make for yourself... and..
