Love - heart on hand coloured background with trellis background Valentines Day card
- I first of all went into Brother's Canvas Workspace and used the heart in a ring design (it isn't one of their standard designs) and cut it out in white card.
- I also painted the background using a variety of Green Gansai Tambi watercolour paints and let it dry.
- I then cut it out using a square die (from Tattered Lace) and stuck the heart on to it using Pinflair Bookbinding glue.
- I then used the A5 Trellis die from Honeydoo Crafts and cut it out in Black card (from Lynda Chapman's World of Paper) and glued it to the front of an 7x5in white card.
- I attached the heart panel to the centre of the card and then stamped the Heart sentiment in the middle of the heart using the word from a collection from Creative Expressions (designed by Lisa Horton) using Gina K's Amalgam ink.
And there you are a quick and easy card that you could used for Valentine's Day....
