Best Wishes Butterfly DL card
- I cut some of the Green Tartan paper (from Craftstyle's A4 paper pad) and trimmed it to fit a DL card (leaving a narrow border around it).
- I used a wet glue (Pinflair's Glue-it Bookbinding glue) to attach it to the front of the card.
- I had some strips of Silver Holographic card (from Hunkydory) left over and stuck one long strip to the left hand side and a shorter one towards the bottom of card.
- Cutting two Butterflies (one in the Silver Holographic and another in a pale pattern ( I think it is a Tattered Lace die), I glued them together and stuck it (at a slight angle) towards the top of the card using the Bookbinding glue again.
- I then cut three strips of the flower gems (from the Hobby House) and glued them to the centre of the Holographic strips - I also added one to the body of the Butterfly.
- Finally, I painted a circle of card with a variety of Green paints, let it dry and then added the Very Best Wishes sentiment to the middle of it.
And there you are a quick and easy card that you could used for any occasion.
