Hello - Harvest time silhouette on hand coloured background -
small card
Hi Craft addicts!
I am just watching the first of the semi-finals of Wimbledon and thought this little card represented the sunshine we have at the moment...
How I made this card:-
- I used a pre-cut deckle edge panel of white card and added some distress crayons* (from Tim Holtz) in stripes across it, blending them in as I added them - I also used a paintbrush with a little water to smooth some of the lines out.
- Once I was happy with what I had done, I then added some of the Harvest Time Stylish silhouettes to it - I placed the flower strip first in the middle using a PVA glue, then another one and finally the fence.
- The Hello sentiment comes from the Lily Bouquet stamp set (from Crafter's Companion) and I stamped it directly onto the top left hand corner using Jet Black Altenew ink.
- I edged the panel using a bright blue alcohol marker (Spectrum Noir BT7) and attached it to the front of a small (3in) white card.
- 3" white card with envelope
- Harvest Time Stylish Silhouettes from Hunkydory
- Hello sentiment stamp from the Lily Bouquet stamp set from Crafter's Companion
