Fairy and flowers Large MDF tag shaped wall hanging - Day 24 of my 366 day challenge
Fairy and flowers Large MDF tag shaped wall hanging - Day 24 of my 366 day challenge
Hi Craft Addicts!
So, this is another wall hanging - hadn't quite realised how many I had actually made - they are all so much fun to do!
So for this one I took a large tag MDF shape and painted it a couple of times with black Pebeo Acrylic Gesso paint. Once dry, I cut out a Tonic Studios Fairy die in white and glued it using Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue. You could of course either paint it with chalkboard paint or use chalkboard paper so that you can use the space for messages.
After it was dry, I made up some paper flowers and butterfly (from different companies) - for my next one, I am going to try and stamp some flowers out (such as the Honey Doo or Dreamees) and use them. I then glued them around the tag using a hot glue gun.
Once they were in place, I added some glue to the centres of them and added some glitter to them and allowed them to dry. I then added some white Tonic Studios Nuvo crystal drops around the edge and faux stitched it using a white Graph-it marker.and green Nuvo crystal drops.
I then added some pink organza or satin ribbon to hang it up with.
And there you are - a pretty wall hanging that would make a lovely present - you can buy this on my website here
