Wishing You a Furry Christmas A6 card - Day 345 of my 365 day challenge
Wishing You a Furry Christmas A6 card -
Day 345 of my 365 day challenge
Hi Craft addicts!
Wow only 2 weeks to Christmas and here is another card to celebrate it using Stamps from Personal Impressions and alcohol markers.
How I made this card:-
- I first of all coloured a pre-cut white label tag (approx 5" x 3") using blue and black Gansai Tambi watercolour paints and left it to dry and edged it in a black alcohol marker.
- I then stamped out the cut dog in its' kennel (from Personal Impressions Christmas Santa Paws) on to some white stamping card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
- I then coloured it in using a couple of brown alcohol markers for the kennel, grey and light grey for the snow and other colours for the fairy lights and cut round it leaving a narrow white border.
- I stamped some holly leaves directly on to the front of an A6 cream linen effect card again using the Tuxedo Black ink and coloured them in using green alcohol markers.
- Using Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue, I attached the tag to the centre of the card.
- I then attached the Dog topper on to the bottom half of the tag again using the PVA glue. I then used a white Gel pen to add some snow.
- I stamped the Wishing you a Furry Christmas sentiment out on to some white card in the black ink, cut it out and added it to the card with foam pads.
And there you are - A really great card to make and one that is even better to give at Christmas!
